Large and/or highly "renowned" dental clinics where you quickly realize you're just another file, another client from abroad, and that your follow-up, once you've paid upfront, is likely to be seriously neglected should any complications arise. From my first contact with the French consultant and interpreter Rasim, I immediately felt I'd come to the right place. I called him to explain my situation, and he was able to guide me through the different treatment options available to me. What can I say about him except that he's fantastic! His follow-up on my case, his availability, his attentiveness, and his responsiveness are comparable to those of your closest friends or family members. He played a major role in my decision to proceed. Upon my arrival in Istanbul, during my first visit, I was welcomed by a warm and professional team who immediately put me at ease. Dr. Kara is a true expert in his field, combining competence and attentiveness. And I mean it sincerely; he exudes a mastery, knowledge, and serenity, even in cases as difficult as mine, that are truly impressive. Following the panoramic X-ray taken live at his office, He took the time to explain each step of the implant process to me. His transparency was so complete that it was enough to fully reinforcing my confidence. On the first day of the procedure, once you're lying down in the chair, you feel that you're in good hands (He's the special one, the best!). He controls everything! What I also appreciated most was the relationship with this small team, similar to a family business, which produces such remarkable work.
