About
What this clinic actually does.
Dr. Filipova Dental & Aesthetic Clinic is a specialist dental and aesthetic medicine practice located at bul. Knyaz Boris I 135 in the Briz neighborhood of Varna, Bulgaria. Founded and led by Dr. Filianna Filipova, the clinic holds a 4.9 out of 5.0 Google rating from 86 reviews and operates with a philosophy that sets it apart: rather than having one dentist cover all areas, the clinic has assembled a team of six tightly specialized doctors, each bringing a minimum of five years of focused experience in their specific field. Dr. Filipova speaks English and Spanish, making the clinic particularly accessible to international patients.
The Specialist TeamThe multidisciplinary model is the cornerstone of the clinic's approach. Dr. Filianna Filipova leads the practice and focuses on aesthetic dental medicine — veneers, whitening, and cosmetic smile design. Dr. Izabela Todorova handles endodontics and root canal treatment. Dr. Boris Kyosev specializes in prosthetic dentistry — crowns, bridges, and dentures. Dr. B. Teterekova covers orthodontics, including both braces and clear aligners. Dr. Yelena Maksimov provides general and aesthetic dental medicine, while Dr. K. Kanaziirev leads the implantology program. Each patient's case is reviewed collaboratively across specialties, ensuring that treatment plans reflect combined expertise rather than a single clinician's perspective.
Read the rest of the description
The clinic offers over 15 dental services. Aesthetic treatments include professional teeth whitening, porcelain veneers, aesthetic photopolymer fillings, and gummy smile correction. Restorative services cover crowns, bridge constructions, and post and core build-ups. Clear aligners and braces are available through the orthodontic department for patients seeking discreet or traditional teeth straightening. Root canal treatment by a dedicated endodontist ensures a higher standard of precision than generalist approaches. Dental implants, periodontal treatment, scaling and cleaning, remineralizing therapies, pediatric dentistry, and bruxism management complete the comprehensive service offering.
Aesthetic Medicine and Skin CareBeyond dentistry, Dr. Filipova Dental & Aesthetic Clinic extends its philosophy of health and beauty into facial aesthetics and skin care. Non-surgical aesthetic treatments and advanced skin care procedures — including aqua peeling and skin rejuvenation technologies — are available alongside the dental services, making the clinic a genuinely holistic destination for patients who want to address both their smile and their overall facial appearance in one visit.
Technology and ApproachThe clinic operates with modern digital dental equipment designed to support minimally invasive treatment, high-precision diagnostics, and predictable long-term results. The team commits to continuous professional development, staying current with advances in aesthetic dentistry, implantology, and orthodontics. The collaborative case review model means that complex or multi-stage treatment plans benefit from the combined knowledge of all six specialists before any treatment begins.
Why Dr. Filipova Dental & Aesthetic Clinic for Dental Tourism? For international patients seeking a premium dental experience in Varna, Dr. Filipova's clinic offers a rare combination: a truly multidisciplinary team, English and Spanish-speaking clinical leadership, a near-perfect patient satisfaction score, and the added option of integrating aesthetic treatments into the visit.
