I was 10 years old then, and you performed my first root canal treatment. I am ashamed of myself for going to this doctor for treatment. He is a person who shows the rudeness of firing a patient from his workplace before completing my dental treatment and is not a man of his word. Furthermore, he has taken 100,000 TL from close acquaintances without giving any of them an invoice. I will also submit a complaint to CİMER. I advise anyone considering going to him to think twice or to get an invoice as a document in case of future problems. The incident he referred to as "inappropriate behavior" refers to the dental cleaning fee that was included in the agreed-upon examination fee but was not performed. I also advise him to carefully review the security camera footage. No one insulted me, and the doctor's wife, who is his assistant, directly confronted me and acted disrespectfully, even trying to fire me from the workplace. My tooth is still hurting even though my dental treatment isn't finished and he paid me in full.

The patient used inappropriate language in my office and demanded free treatment beyond his scheduled treatment. When we requested payment, he threatened and insulted us; video recordings of this are available. Legal proceedings have been initiated regarding his harassment.

I had procedures done by Dr. Bey at his other clinic as well. I was very satisfied. Now I've started having veneers and fillings done by him again here. He's definitely a true expert. He doesn't try to make you do unnecessary procedures. His prices are very reasonable. He's truly trustworthy. You feel comfortable. I would recommend choosing him without hesitation.
