I don’t usually write reviews, but Dr. Diaz and Valentina deserve every bit of this 5-star review. I traveled all the way from San Diego, California, to Bogotá, Colombia, to have my dental work done, and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Dr. Diaz gave me veneers, bridges, and crowns, and my teeth look so natural. Everyone keeps telling me how beautiful my smile is, and no one believes I’ve had that much dental work because it looks that real. From day one, I felt safe, welcomed, and completely taken care of. Valentina is absolutely wonderful. She checked on me throughout the entire process, answered every question, and made me feel like family. The level of care they both provide is something you don’t see very often. I stayed at the Residence Inn, which was literally across the street from the office. It was clean, comfortable, and made everything so convenient. The whole experience was stress-free. The biggest surprise for me was how little pain I had. Honestly, I expected much more discomfort, but Dr. Diaz has such a gentle touch and is incredibly talented. He takes his time and makes sure everything is perfect. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and his work. I am beyond happy with my new smile. If you’re sitting there wondering whether you should go to Bogotá to see Dr. Diaz, stop wondering and just do it. I would make this trip again in a heartbeat—10 times over if I had to. Dr. Diaz is simply the best at what he does, and Valentina makes the entire experience even more special. Thank you both for giving me a smile I absolutely love. My experience with this Dr.Diaz and his team has been an adventure, but I can honestly say I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dental care. I had to come here twice, and even after I accidentally broke a tooth, he and his team always made sure I was taken care of and accommodated. It’s been almost a year since Dr.Diaz did my porcelain veneers and I am still very satisfied. When I seen Dr.Diaz he was very patient and gently with me. I still appreciate him so much for the transformation

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with this clinic. Communication was initially fine, and they even confirmed they would hold my appointment date while I finalized my flight booking. Based on that, I organized my entire trip accordingly. However, once my plans were set, they refused to honor the originally discussed date and offered no reasonable alternative. I was then told the next available appointment was several days later, making my trip essentially pointless. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for a client’s time and planning is unacceptable, especially for a service that requires travel. I would not recommend this clinic if you need to plan around an appointment, as their commitments do not seem reliable.

Today I got my porcelain veneers done by the one and only Dr. Luis Felipe Diaz in Bogotá, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! ✨ Traveling all the way from Amsterdam, Netherlands was absolutely worth it. The results truly speak for themselves, and I’m beyond satisfied. Dr. Diaz pays incredible attention to detail and makes sure you don’t leave the clinic until you’re 100% happy with your smile.
