She checked on me throughout the entire process, answered every question, and made me feel like family. The level of care they both provide is something you don’t see very often. I stayed at the Residence Inn, which was literally across the street from the office. It was clean, comfortable, and made everything so convenient. The whole experience was stress-free. The biggest surprise for me was how little pain I had. Honestly, I expected much more discomfort, but Dr. Diaz has such a gentle touch and is incredibly talented. He takes his time and makes sure everything is perfect. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and his work. I am beyond happy with my new smile.
