I am not happy, they sent my 7-year-old daughter, she sounded like "the next patient", there was no approach from Dr. Maximov (it turned out to be a woman).

ith this prosthesis that I decided to have all my bottom teeth crowned as well. I am so happy with the reasonable price I paid for my beautiful new smile. But I am even happier with Dr Boneva. My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Boneva for more than 10 years. I am satisfied. Attentive service, modern office in a convenient location for me. And yet, it's good that we don't have to visit the office more than once a year or in an emergency ;)

e WORK too..not just YOU My first visit was to Maria Tanurkova – positive, attentive, she did two fillings for me. The second cavity turned out to be more serious than it seemed at first, but she reacted professionally, smiled and asked me several times if I was feeling okay. It was before Christmas, but she explained to me that she would help me in any situation if necessary. She had an attitude. The music even changed for me…. Dr. Boneva pulled out my wisdom tooth. I chose her because she was the owner and I assumed I could trust her more. But I felt really bad about her attitude. I had to explain several times which wisdom tooth she was talking about – in the end I still got the impression that it was the lower one. I was scared, but I told myself – I’ll get on with it, I’ll play it. The procedure went well, but the attitude was lacking. Nevertheless, I decided to give her another chance – I thought, maybe she was having a bad day. But on the next visit – for a filling that was done by another doctor and I wanted it replaced – she still acted cold and unpleasant. The assistant and the receptionist….entered the office again and started talking about their own topics, while I had my mouth open… I felt like I was interrupting their conversation… And ……as always – I waited 55 minutes for my appointment again. I felt terrible. This filling that they replaced for me, they did it twice again, because it fell out twice. They didn't take my money, but the attitude was cold and they wasted a lot of my life time again – specifically three hours in total, Dr. Boneva….. Neither "sorry", nor "thank you", nor anything…not even a good day…it's good that I'm saying it so that something comes out of it as a greeting. I won't go there again. Horrible experience… there's jazz in the waiting room anyway and air conditioning 🫣
