The service was very friendly, the place was clean and comfortable. The consultation with the doctor was very clear. The scaling procedure was painless and painless. I also had my wisdom teeth extracted, which was painless and quickly completed. Dr. Dwi, Sp.BM, is a top-notch professional.
The dentist was extremely arrogant. During the extraction, there was no warning at all before the injection needle was suddenly inserted. The antibiotics prescribed after the odontectomy were not first line medications either, and the same goes for the anti inflammatory drugs given. Bad experience, definitely won’t be coming back.

Very good service, no pain at all, less than 30 minutes to finish removing 2 wisdom teeth, awesome, next week I want to have the left wisdom tooth removed again

This was my first time here for a child's teeth scaling. The doctor and other staff were very friendly. The place is comfortable and clean. My child even asked to have his teeth checked here again because the doctor and staff were all nice. The price is also affordable. Overall, the best. Thank you for the service.

Best!! I found out about Doctor Agus Dwi from a friend whose husband also had his wisdom teeth removed. I had both of them removed at once (right and left) and didn't have to go to the hospital. I think the pain was only during the anesthesia. Even then, on a scale of 1-10, it was only 2 (but everyone's pain tolerance is different). The entire process was safe and didn't hurt at all. Highly…

Having my wisdom teeth removed at Incidental was really good. The doctor was nice, friendly, gave detailed explanations, and the procedure was quick. The staff and front office were very friendly.
