I get to the office 15 min before my kid's appointment. They then tell me that my appointment was canceled because i never answered the text they sent. When they check they had an old number. Which they should have verified when i made the appointment. Then they say they only have 1 hygienist doing the work of two so they would have to reschedule. The dentist there is the best I've ever had. I'm an adult, but when I sit in there, I feel like a 5-year-old again 🥴 I'm still afraid of that machine and any procedure done in my mouth, and he has so much patience and understanding, something you don't find in many dentists anymore. Staff member by the name of Christina made feel very comfortable and eliminated my anxiety. She educated me on how to properly floss my crowns . She was very patient on her treatment knowing how scare I’m of dentist. The whole office is full professionals, kind and offer great customer service. God Bless you all and once again thank you!

Came in for an emergency. Needless to say I came out still in pain and less 50 bucks of a “debt” from 2022! No idea why it wasn’t brought up back then. Which is ok, paid the bill, but the “too bad for you and not my problem attitude” from the receptionist they can certainly fix.

I made an appointment online. The system allowed me to make the appointment. When I showed up at the base gate, I was instructed to go to the Visitors Center to the get a pass. At the Visitors Center I was not able to obtain the pass because the office was not open for patients without military privileges. Is this correct? It's excellent! The facilities are super modern and clean, with several chairs and rooms, which speeds up the process. The staff is very professional, attentive, and friendly.

10/10 recommend. Everyone is so thorough, welcoming and calming- because we all know, nobody really likes to go to the dentist. I would recommend them for children and adults as well for fillings, deep cleanings and all of that good stuff.

I loved everything: the doctor explaining everything step by step, his kindness, his very courteous staff, and his assistant Hillary was simply wonderful. May God bless them always.

Great medical care and customer service. The staff and dentist at the office are amazing. We were able to get my six year old child a same day appointment over the weekend for a dental emergency.
