This patient initially wanted to make permanent dentures, after being explained about the treatment stages and costs, this patient agreed to have a dental impression. But after that the patient suddenly called someone. When the patient was asked to give a deposit for the denture making, the patient suddenly said no to make the dentures. We did not ask for the patient's dental impression fee, this is clearly a loss for us for this, but it doesn't matter. Then the patient asked for his teeth to be filled, I had filled one of this patient's teeth up to 4 times during his visit at that time. A good and even filling had been made (clearly for this the patient lied because every time we do a filling we definitely check it again) and at that time there were no complaints the patient paid and went home, at that time we also told the patient if there was something that was not suitable Please come back free of charge because we do fill teeth with a guarantee, But the patient still felt unsatisfied with our treatment and claimed that it was uneven and wrote in our review. This is just an excuse from the patient and we don't know what his intention was. We've been practicing for almost 32 years, and frankly, we've rarely encountered patients like this. They've had to fill one tooth four times for various reasons. It's clear we've been wronged. May God Almighty reward us for this. We've suffered a great loss for this patient.
