I had some small fillings done a year ago, and now they're brown, dark brown. I've been to two dental clinics, and no one can tell me what material they used. No one understands how they used a material that's completely unsuitable for fillings. there were so many people in the waiting room. Very unprofessional. This week, I'm going to another clinic with a quote from them, where they have to remove and redo the fillings, and it's costing three times as much. I'm going to file a complaint and demand an explanation. I've noticed they delete bad reviews, so don't believe everything you read. Besides, it's strange to see such low prices for some things. Basically, they do a shoddy job with unusable material.

Hello, we are very surprised that after 2 years (not 1 as you say), you are writing a review about us. You came a couple of times in 2023 for composite fillings. Let's clarify a few points: 1. The material used for fillings (I would venture to say worldwide) is COMPOSITE. You can easily find it by searching on Google. So, if you have been to a clinic and they didn't know what material the fillings were made of, I would be very concerned. 2. We don't delete reviews, mainly because Google controls them, so we are not allowed to delete them. We always respond to them, especially when there is a negative review (and fortunately, this happens very rarely). 3. Treatment prices are set by the clinic based on various factors. We are fortunate to be able to offer very competitive prices thanks to our high volume of work. 4. We are available to address any complaints you may have in person.
Another dentist I went to told me I had a small cavity that they could fix for an amount that sounded way, way too much. So I started looking for a second opinion and made an appointment here. They made an x-ray, did a thorough check-up to tell me that my teeth were looking very good and I had no cavities. I've been going to Dr. Caballero's clinic for five years and I couldn't be more grateful. A week ago, I finished getting my last implants. I had two implants placed last year along with a sinus lift. Finally, my smile is completely fixed and I can smile with confidence again, all at a very reasonable price. Thank you to Dr. Caballero and his wonderful team.
They were very kind. I had dropped a pillowcase. They gave me an appointment quickly and didn't want to charge me, even though it was my first visit.
I've trusted Diego and his entire team for years. The treatment is excellent, which is always appreciated, along with his hands, which are like gold. Nobody likes to spend too much time with their mouths open, and from my experience, I find him to be quick (without affecting the success of the treatment) and concise. It's clear they know what they're doing.
I was at the clinic for the first time. I was treated by Aida. Everything was perfect. I liked that they fixed my filling on the first visit. And I'll be back in August, when some clinics aren't open. I'll definitely be back.
I'm tired of always having to wait at least 45 minutes, even for a simple dental cleaning. Today I arrived right on time and there were four people ahead of me. Just like they send a WhatsApp message demanding punctuality, they should send one to let you know there's a delay. Time is precious for everyone. And if there are always so many emergencies, they should have an emergency dentist on call.

Hi Sophie, Despite trying to optimize our time to provide the best possible service to our patients, in the daily life of a dental clinic there are several variables to consider that can disrupt appointment scheduling. The main one is that our work isn't simply a matter of prescribing medication; it involves a significant amount of manual work in a small cavity called the mouth. On the other hand, it's important to consider the patient as an individual, with their fears about procedures. They might have phobias, a feeling of suffocation, want to rinse frequently, not want anesthesia, or have a small or limited mouth opening. Finally, emergencies are another variable that can change scheduling, but they are a necessary treatment because we all want to be seen when we need it. Regarding the proposal to have a dentist dedicated solely to emergencies, it presents some practical problems because it's an unpredictable treatment, and therefore the cost that would have to be passed on to the patient might not be acceptable to most patients. Based on my experience and the anxiety and aversion that dental treatments can cause, I believe it's best to arrive at your appointment without any prior commitments. This way, dentists, hygienists, receptionists, and of course, patients, can receive treatment with better functional and psychological well-being. In any case, we're sorry you've had trouble scheduling appointments.
I wouldn't trade this clinic for any other. I trust them. They always resolve my problems, emergencies, and doubts. I'm incredibly grateful and happy with the entire team. I came here with a lot of fear and pain, and I'm leaving feeling incredibly grateful for their patience and good treatment.
Absolutely recommend~ consistent and quick! And affordable!!! Update 3 years later ~ I moved away last year and got insurance that came with dental. The private insurance company tried to rip me off BIG time so I came back for a consultation and was reminded of how kind, caring, timely, and HONEST the dentist and staff are here. They have a customer for life❤️❤️❤️
I come from far away specifically to get my dental treatments at this dental clinic. The treatment, care, and results over the years more than justify coming from outside of Barcelona. I will never change dentists. Thank you so much.

Normally, a visit to the dentist is one of those things we tend to put off. At Clínica Caballero, you can rest assured you won't be disappointed. The service is professional, polite, and friendly. Their prices are unbeatable. I highly recommend them.

Diego and his staff are the best in the world! They treated me wonderfully, and I'm terrified of the dentist. The only downside is the receptionist, who's a bit slow, makes people wait, and isn't very professional. If she's busy, she'll let someone know, and that's it. Otherwise, excellent service!
You know you've come to the right place when two trusted locals from the neighborhood recommend this clinic. I've been going to Dr. Caballero for nearly ten years to treat all kinds of dental problems. He and his team are excellent -- professional, efficient, no-nonsense, and with a good sense of humour -- and the options and prices are good too. I highly recommend the whole team.
Always very good! Dr. Diego doesn't do unnecessary work, he's very respectful, and has a calm manner when helping patients who come in feeling nervous. English is also available if needed.
