I had an emergency appointment last week with a root canal infection; I received excellent help very quickly! The whole team is very friendly and competent. Thank you again for the prompt treatment!

My Dentist was Florián and he is one of the best Dentists I have ever had, 0 pain even from anaesthesia needle, everything was so comfortable and the quality of work is 10/10. Would highly recommend

I had an incredibly positive experience here; they literally saved me after the "work" I went through at another clinic. Thanks to Dr. Eickhoff, who took on my complex case and rescued my implant. The entire staff at DZK is very responsive and kind.

I visited the German dental clinic in Barcelona due to toothache, and the reception was very friendly. The treatment by Dr. Florian Hogenkamp and his assistant was highly competent; all necessary steps were explained in detail. Great praise to the whole team – keep up the good work!

I would recommend to stay away, if you come here and doctor makes a mistake they will not fix it. And if you make a complaint they share your personal information. Thats illegal and that is the way they get all the negative reviews away. I was suppose to get two crowns, doctor missed an inflammation and forgot to give antibiotics. I decided to go elsewhere and asked my deposit back. A deposit they…

first said was used to order equipment and when I asked it they said they returned it. And when I asked my money back they refused to hive it back because I had made public negative review. Sorry but I only have one review. There are a lot unsatisfied customers.

Best dental experience I’ve ever had. I had two fillings come out and they were able to fit me in the next day - I ended up needing root canal but the treatment was quick and most importantly, completely painless. I found the whole experience wonderful and was treated kindly and professionally by each of the staff members. Highly recommend.

On a cruise, this was our savior for severe toothache in Barcelona. Easily accessible on foot or by taxi from the World Trade Center downtown! From Cruise Terminal A, it's a taxi ride away. German is spoken, and treatment is paid for by credit card or debit card. You receive an invoice to submit. Competent care! We'd go back anytime.

Hello Quirin. We noticed that you are not a patient of ours, so let me clarify what seems to be a big misunderstanding: visits, consultation and X-rays at our clinic are free off charge while fixing a tooth, depending if it is a regular filling or a big one is somewhere between 80-120€. We are not sure if you called in for an emergency same day visit, which has an extra cost as we have to accomadate in out- off- office hours or inbetween our scheduled patients. We do inform patients always transparently upfront so they can decide if they want to schedule in or simply need an emergency appointment, which most time need a prescreption and an emergeny treatment. I hope this explains it better for you and we would be happy to welcome you on a future appointment. We do regret that you rate the whole clinic as a 1 star establishment before having visitd us .
I was looking for a clean and professional clinic and I found an excellent team at Deutsche ZK. I'm very happy with the orthodontic results, even though my case was very complex. I also have to highlight the excellent personal service from the assistants and reception staff.

it longer. The filling work was quick and precise. I also want to highlight assistant Mara - she did an incredible job with the cleaning! It was gentle, painless, with no bleeding, and my teeth feel super clean. Thank you for the care and quality! And these people speak English, Spanish and German, which is great! Christian is a very professional and well spoken dentist. He cares about his patients and answers questions clearly. He is very understanding and a great communicator. I immediately felt at ease in his practice. He speaks various different languages at a high/native level: Spanish, English, German, Dutch and maybe more, but those are the ones I remember.

I went for an orthodontic treatment estimate, although I had previously gone for a cleaning, and that service was excellent. However, yesterday’s experience left me speechless. Anywhere else, I would have been charged a lot, and the treatment would have taken much longer, but here, the doctor's professionalism and attentive care made all the difference. Of all the franchises and other private dentists I saw and didn't go with, I'm glad I trusted my gut and found Dr. Eickhoff and Venhoff, their team, thank you so much. Update: The time came that I needed a root canal. It's been years since I had one in the USA. Deutsche ZK, to the rescue. They gave me the lidocaine that I tolerate best, and Christian attended me. Thank you, sweet Esther, at reception for getting me in. They have very good communication and flexibility. Always clean, thorough and have a wonderful attitude and approach that's calming and welcoming. Christian Eickhoff, listens attentively and takes all matters and concerns seriously without the gas lighting and pushiness you get from these terrible franchises that do poor quality work to maintain a dependency while robbing you. I see a bad review from one person with multiple names and accounts and I don't understand the vendetta. There is nothing not to like about this professional dentistry. I HIGHLY recommend them, especially if you're traveling and need assistance, they will work with you. I give then 10 stars.

he truly cares about the customer. I got a tooth implant 7 years ago and both the color and the shape blends together with other teeth which I believe is not easy. Nobody notices the different tooth. He perfectly executed it and still stands today. I'm very happy that I decided to have it done with Dr Eickhoff. Dental hygiene procedures are something that really stand out. I haven't found anything like this anywhere else. 1 hour of thorough and extensive cleaning with different methods that I believe the technicians must be formed in Germany, because I haven't seen any Spanish hygienist doing it so thoroughly. The deep patience and dedication of them are really outstanding. I cannot praise them enough. It's not only Dr Eickhoff but I think they make a very good team. Esther is always very kind to me and attentive with the reminders. If the same staff is still working together for so long time tells me that they are happy working there and make a great team. All of the staff is able to speak at least German, English and Spanish so I don't think you'll have any communication problems :)

assessments are precise, explanations are clear, and treatments are effective. Despite some serious procedures, I've never had any complications afterward. I'm always seen very quickly, even in emergencies!... The prices, in my opinion, contrary to what I'd been told, are very reasonable. 100% satisfied and ready to make the 120km round trip without hesitation for my treatment...
