Having a serious phobia of the dentist, I can say that without her it would have been much harder for me. Before the operation, she explained to me step by step everything that was going to happen, including the fact that I would have a little swelling. She encouraged me by telling me that everything would take about an hour and a half and that there would not be many separate sessions. Throughout the procedure, she translated everything the doctor said so that I could understand every detail. I was very impressed by her patience and calmness. 👉 Natalia – 10 out of 10! 🏆👏🇷🇴 🔹 The owner of the clinic The owner personally greeted us in front of the clinic. He was very attentive both at the beginning and in the following days, when we returned for check-ups. 👉 10 out of 10! 👏 🔹 Transportation The transportation from the airport to the hotel and to the clinic, for the entire 5-day period, was excellent. Modern minibuses, friendly drivers, Romanian music in the car and attention to every detail. 👉 10 out of 10! 🚐🎵 🔹 Accommodation I was accommodated at King City Hotel Istanbul, very good conditions, daily cleaning, changed towels, swimming pool and everything you need. 👉 10 out of 10! 🏨 ⸻ ✅ Conclusion I'm so glad I didn't let that negative review sway me. My experience was excellent in every way. It didn't hurt at all, I just felt like they were working. The atmosphere in the office was relaxed: the doctor and nurses were joking, singing, and in a good mood, which gave me a lot of confidence. Disappointed by some people. I initially dealt with some pleasant people (Sarah and Othamne), but after a poor bite and broken veneers in less than two weeks, I had to return to Turkey for treatment, which was supposedly 100% covered. Before returning to Turkey, I spoke with the clinic manager (Mahmoud), who was pleasant at first, but upon my arrival, he completely ignored my messages, leaving them unanswered. This was probably because I told him everything I thought about the clinic: the state of some things (not very clean, not necessarily disinfected between clients), and the way we were treated. You go from one cubicle to another, everyone comes out wearing gloves, the dentist fiddles with your teeth, but everyone is coming and going, chatting with her around you, etc., etc.). In short, the manager stops responding, and Sarah, who's been in charge of you from the start, also ignores the messages sent to her. 😏😔 Luckily, Othamne was still there to answer my messages and ended up sorting out my broken veneer and contributing to my plane ticket. Because I had to fight to get at least half the ticket reimbursed. In the end, I'm going back to France with a less-than-perfect bite, but slightly improved. 😏 The broken veneer was replaced. 👍 My appointments at the clinic for the following days were only given to me late at night, around 10:00 PM, for the next day. And yet, I still felt like I was bothering them when I asked questions that didn't align with their views. In short, I was disappointed with management, especially the person who was supposed to be with me, who completely disappeared without responding to my messages. Thank you to Othamne for finally resolving my issue and arranging my transfer to the airport. (Because I did wonder in the end if they were going to make me pay for a taxi home myself 😰😰) I was on edge the whole time, not knowing whether or not things would turn out alright. 😔😔😔

All treatment rooms and equipment are thoroughly disinfected and prepared after every patient, in accordance with strict clinical hygiene and sterilization protocols. Our medical team follows professional standards at all times to ensure a safe environment for everyone. Regarding your treatment, our doctors discussed with you from the beginning that you have a significant overbite which can affect the stability and longevity of veneers. You were informed that veneers alone cannot fully correct this type of bite, and crowns were suggested as a more predictable solution to improve the bite alignment. After being informed of the benefits and limitations, you chose to proceed with veneers and later preferred minor adjustments instead of a full replacement. Despite this, we honored our warranty and welcomed you back to address your concerns. During your visit, the broken veneer was replaced and additional adjustments were made to improve your bite. Although travel costs are not covered under our warranty policy, we still arranged a €150 contribution toward your flight as a gesture of goodwill. Our team, including Sarah Mahmoud and Othamne, remained available to assist you throughout the process and helped organize your treatment, appointments, and airport transfer. We’re sorry for the confusion earlier. During our conversation, you spoke with three different team members and became frustrated. Unfortunately, the interaction became quite difficult for our staff to manage, so to avoid further confusion and keep communication clear, we informed you that Othmane would be the only person continuing to assist you moving forward. We truly regret that you felt unsupported at any point, as it was never our intention. Our goal has always been to help resolve your concerns and ensure you leave with the best possible result. Appointment times can sometimes be confirmed later in the evening as our medical schedule is finalized daily to accommodate ongoing treatments and emergency cases.
