I went to the clinic to get a quote today, May 15th. I registered at reception, and the receptionist asked me to wait, saying that since it was just a quote, the service should have been faster. But I waited 50 minutes sitting there while people who arrived after me were being seen. Since mine was just a quote, the others who arrived were already being seen for paying appointments. saw, the clinic doesn't care at all about those who want a quote. The doctors were chatting, and when a PAYING patient arrived, they were already calling them in for their appointment. This is disrespectful. I got up from my chair and left.

Terrible! I had a fixed retainer done there that only lasted 2 months and came loose from a tooth. I went back and they told me I had to pay 80 reais to fix it, even though I had worn the previous one for 3 years without any problems.
