Excellent
I've been seeing Dr. Carlos Guillen for about three years now, and it's always been an excellent experience. He's very careful with every procedure, has never caused me any pain, and always inspires a lot of confidence. In addition, both he and all the staff are very kind and attentive, so the service has always been excellent. I highly recommend him!

In the first week of August 2025, I went to Dr. Guillén to get a veneer. I wasn't informed that I would be seen at a different branch, and I had to pay for a taxi ride twice. He initially quoted me 300,000 pesos for the resin veneer, but when I was already in the chair, about to start the procedure, he told me he had given me an incorrect estimate and that the new price would be 400,000 pesos.…

Unfortunately, I live outside of Colombia, and a few days later I realized I couldn't floss up and down between my teeth. After a week, the tip of the veneer chipped. The dentist says it's due to bruxism (teeth grinding). However, I think it's due to a quality issue, since it was the tip of that veneer that broke. He offered to replace it with a new one, but unfortunately, I live abroad.

We would like to clarify your specific case, based on the information recorded in our WhatsApp history: When you first came to the clinic, it was for an emergency related to the same tooth where you later had the veneer placed. During that appointment, it was clearly explained to you that the damage was a consequence of severe bruxism. Later, months later, you contacted us from your country expressing your desire to have the veneer replaced because it had fractured again. We presented you with two options: ceromer or disilicate veneers, explaining that the latter was more resistant. However, you indicated that your budget only allowed you to choose the ceromer option. Regarding the warranty, it was also recorded in the WhatsApp audio messages that the doctor informed you that, due to the presence of severe bruxism, it was not possible to offer a warranty on this type of restoration, as there is a high risk of fracture. Even so, you decided to continue with the process, understanding this condition. We would like to remind you that our service policy states that if a patient is not satisfied with the result of their treatment, they will receive a 100% refund. This policy applies to all our patients. We are always ready to listen, support you, and seek fair and transparent solutions. Thank you very much.

The best treatment I've ever had. Today I'm halfway through my treatment and my self-esteem is sky high, thanks to Dr. Carlos who changed my life. I went to so many places and they told me it couldn't be done, but with him I did it. All the staff are excellent and he uses top-notch equipment.
