Ia Osadze is a professional dentist, I recommend her, a doctor by profession
I went to Dentor for a cleaning last summer, and yesterday my husband also went there to get his cavities treated by Dr. Ia Osadze. Everything went quickly and easily; he even managed to fall asleep during the treatment.
I am unfortunately disappointed with this dental practice. I had a professional teeth cleaning there and also asked if the existing attachments and elastic buttons could be removed, as I had previously worn Invisalign/aligners in Germany. This was agreed to. , the treatment could not be completed. When my dentist in Germany wanted to see the existing X-rays, I requested them from the practice. However, they suddenly couldn't find the images. This is already difficult for me to understand. During the examination in Germany, it also turned out that too much tooth structure had apparently been removed during the cleaning or the removal of the attachments, damaging my teeth. All in all, I am very disappointed. Unfortunately, neither the documentation nor the treatment outcome has inspired confidence in me.

However, not all cases are the same and we may miss something, but not such that we harm the patient and treat him incorrectly, that is ruled out. It is possible that you had the same problem you mention before or where you went, the situation was complicated for you, which unfortunately often happens. As for the CT scan, we could not find your scan in time because the old radiologist was not on site and had it archived. We came many times, and everything was fine. When the tooth remained sensitive, they added a filling on top for free. The main thing is to be able to explain the situation to the doctor, so it's better to spend a little more time at this stage.
Had good experience here, everyone i interacted with were friendly and polite! Doctor Eli explained everything she was doing and answered every question. The extraction of my wisdom tooth was quick and painless, and after i have no problems

different clinics, including a 24/7 clinic; nothing worked and no one could figure it out. Only after seeing Dr. Ia was the problem identified and resolved. I can definitely recommend this clinic for dental care. The reception staff are always polite and speak several languages, which makes booking easier.

They communicate politely during the phone call, but as soon as they find out that treatment is required under insurance, they transfer the call to another operator and then hang up. I called back twice in a row, and the third time they didn’t even answer — they simply disconnected the call. With such an attitude, I wouldn't risk being treated by them.
There is a very good environment and professional doctors at Dentori, I recommend it.
