Dentoma dental clinic is a top in the field of dentistry, today we underwent treatment there under general anesthesia under the guidance of Dr. Blanka harmatová. Mr. Dr. Belusa is really very nice, human and above all professional...he pulled out my occipital lobe without any problems and explained everything nicely, and the nurse is also great...also from the family a very good experience with Dr. Frlicková during the surgical procedure..

procedure, is a wonderful person and a great professional, along with nurse Katka Mečiaková, who is also great and a nurse in the right place. Dr. Blanka Harantová is also one of those experts in my professional life. I had to make several of those visits, but I was never afraid. I go to Dentoma with 2 children. I have never had them take me exactly on time and I always waited 10-20 minutes for treatment. And now I had an appointment with my daughter and I was 10 minutes late (accident on the road) and they told me that they would not take us and sent us away. I did not expect such an attitude. But I can say that this is the last time I was there.

Ms. Maria, I had your case documented, even though you basically explained everything. You had a half-hour appointment, which we arranged for you urgently in this pre-Christmas period, where we have a lot of work and over 50 clients a day. You are familiar with the SMS notification, as well as the phone call, where you confirm your appointment the day before. All this took place and it is your responsibility to really find the time and come to the agreed appointment. You were supposed to come at 7.30 and the receptionist called you at 7.32, asking where you were? You were informed that if you did not arrive within 5 minutes, your appointment would unfortunately be canceled and the next planned treatment would not be made at all, because the client already had a confirmed appointment after you at 8.00. We are sorry that you are using the media space to negate our professional work and nevertheless wish you a happy and merry Christmas.
Amazing clinic and great care. Thanks to Dr. Baran, I am finally not afraid of the dentist.

Also to the always smiling nurses :-) and last but not least to Ms. Dental Hygienist Hadbábná for the super dental hygiene :-) . Adriana, there are cases when the treatment of an ordered patient is prolonged for objective reasons, which of course does not please us, but health is not a production line. Despite half an hour of your time, we managed it and we take it as an appreciation that you also registered your husband for another treatment. We wish you a successful day.
After three visits, I can highly recommend it. On-time delivery, pleasant staff, and most importantly, the patient, skilled, and precise Dr. Kachura.

After very bad experiences and an extreme fear of dentists, I decided to finally have all of my teeth adjusted, and that was not enough. As for Dentomi, I am 100% satisfied, mainly thanks to Dr. Kachura and her nurse, such professionalism and humanity have never been seen before. I definitely recommend it, from my own experience it is the best in Žilina.

I decided to have all 4 wisdom teeth extracted here, even though I come from Prievidza. The extraction was performed during two sessions with MDDr. Zuzana Frlíčková. Dentoma is worth mentioning only thanks to Mr. Kasaj.. otherwise the willingness and approach are a disaster. I won't even mention pulling teeth.. a young woman decides to pull a tooth and eventually finds out that she can't handle it and breaks it, so 2 other dentists assist. mention that when solving a hybrid prosthesis, they told me at the dental technician in MT during production that I should also solve the lower teeth due to the bite, which they didn't tell me at Dentoma, so pulling the lower teeth again, etc..

Mrs. Zadňančinová, thank you for your review of the treatment eight months ago. After checking your card, it is true that our doctor performed several extractions on your upper teeth and the last tooth broke because it was already very weak. This was resolved on the spot by consulting with other specialists present, which I consider to be a good procedure (not a reason for a negative review), where we agreed that a more experienced doctor would extract it for you the next day. It happened. You have already had prosthetic work done at another company, your lower teeth were not even addressed in consultation with us (due to finances). We wish you a happy and merry Christmas.
