I visited the best dental hygienist. Miss Eliška explained everything to me and showed me what and how to do it correctly when brushing my teeth. Nothing hurt during the cleaning. I highly recommend her. I won't go anywhere else.
Today my mother and I went to see a dental hygienist at Miss Matylda Šimáčková's. We had never met her before, but we were pleasantly surprised by her behavior, both humane and professional. There was a very positive atmosphere in the office. We were both very satisfied. We will go to her again next time :-)

Wow this place is awesome! I use to go for cleanings at UCLA dental school - This Czech cleaning is simply awesome - worth the cost if you care about your teeth!

visiting the clinic regularly twice a year, and I am always very pleased to receive compliments for the carefully cared for teeth. However, the praise belongs more to the DENTO clinic and its staff, who are really very precise and professional. I would also like to specifically mention the dental hygienist Matylda, who answered all my questions during my last visit, advised me on how to clean hard-to-reach places more effectively, and all this in a good mood and with a smile on her face. I recently went to Dento dental hygiene again, this time I was in the care of the pleasant Matylda, who beautifully reminded me of the correct cleaning technique and of course the great performance of ultrasonic cleaning with air flow. I highly recommend it and I look forward to my next visit.

Hello, yesterday 25.6.2024 at 10:30 I was examined by a lady who was teaching me, may I ask why I was not informed in advance if I agree with it? afraid of what will happen next. When I pay for hygiene, I want experienced people who understand it. Teeth and gums are no fun, I am not a drill sergeant. If it does not stop, I will have to go to the emergency room and have all the treatment records made. Don't be angry and thank you for your understanding.

Have a nice day, Mr. Graham, I met you in person when you left our office with a smile on your face, which is why I am sorry for your reaction here. We have a new colleague in the office, but both of them asked you if it was okay for you to take turns with you and you had no reservations about it, we really don't make any practice shots of anyone in our office. Furthermore, you were even satisfied that our office was the first to show you how to really brush your teeth properly. I would like to put it in perspective that in the entire hour and a half you had no comments about the entire treatment, you did not alert your colleague that anything was uncomfortable for you. We have photo documentation taken before and after the treatment, which will also reach you, from which it is clearly visible that there was no damage to your tooth enamel, let alone internal bleeding that cannot be washed off. Furthermore, we do not have any drilling instruments in the office. I can offer you a check-up in our office and assure you that there was no injury or improper treatment by my trained colleagues, so I can guarantee 100% quality of treatment in my office. In case you go to the emergency room and have any more precise information, I will be happy if you share it with me so that I can be able to compensate for your alleged injury. Everything went absolutely great. I have never experienced such careful, gentle and painless dental hygiene. Especially Miss Eliška's approach cannot be compared to what I have experienced before. She was very nice and professional. That evening, on her recommendation, I bought an electric toothbrush. I can only recommend it.

Great dental hygiene. I definitely recommend it. One check-up lasts a whole hour, or even a little longer if needed, and everything is done very carefully. When I was sick, I could only cancel the appointment a few days in advance and I had a replacement appointment a week later. Perfect. I've been going for several years and always leave with maximum satisfaction. Now the "dento girls" recommended an electric toothbrush. We discussed the options, I even tried it and they showed me what and how. I thought that was absolutely great. Daily brushing has now moved to a whole new level, joyful. The whole family purrs with the toothbrush and happily cleans. Thank you ✨
Complete satisfaction. Quick appointment for the first visit, friendly approach, great instruction on teeth cleaning, visible improvement in the condition of teeth and gums already on the second visit. I recommend.

I visited for the first time today and I must say that I can't complain about anything. Very pleasant environment, nice hygienist.
Absolute dissatisfaction. Constantly changing appointments 1-2 days before the appointment and I was there only 2 times - fortunately. (The first time with a 20 minute delay of the lady). And the biggest oddity was when right at the beginning they wanted to get the last X-ray from my dentist. Which is none of their business and it goes beyond the expertise of the dental hygienist.
