I had an appointment at 10:30. At 11:03, the doctor wasn't there; there was another person ahead of me. I understand that a 1-2-hour wait for an appointment is normal. Set a normal schedule, not 30 people per appointment to make more money! I wanted to get braces done through your clinic, but it worked out! Best regards!

A professional clinic with a very high standard of service. Appointments are punctual. The doctors are exceptionally polite and offer a personalized approach. This clinic, and especially its doctors and staff, deserve to be distinguished from other clinics currently operating on the dental market, which I confirm with my own, unfortunately unpleasant, experience at other clinics.
Great place, great people. Ms. Ania, thank you for fixing my teeth, great job, no pain at all, she's a master of anesthesia. Ms. Gosia did a great job with the tooth extraction. The entire team had a positive attitude, my childhood fear of the dentist has vanished. Special thanks to Ms. Basia for recommending this place.
I came to this office on a recommendation and I can definitely recommend it. The receptionists are helpful and incredibly kind. I had several teeth treated by Dr. Świątek, who had been damaged by a dentist covered by the National Health Fund. The atmosphere during the visit was great, and she's great with anxious patients. 😅 I wholeheartedly recommend her 😊

Terrible approach to patients, focused solely on their own interests. Furthermore, office visits are recorded without the patient's knowledge.
I've used Esclinic's services several times – for hygiene, treatment, etc. They make a very good impression – professional and hassle-free. However, I don't recommend this clinic. When I had a problem with the service provided there, I was offered a fee-based consultation at another clinic. The complaint was dismissed.

Dear Sir, You deleted the previous opinion written several years ago at the same time as deleting the answer. This opinion was written 2 months ago, when you had not been to our office for several years (after visits to the office, one of which was about dental care and the other, as you mentioned, hygiene). It is very sad that for personal reasons you express false opinions.
I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Anne Świątek. I used to avoid dentists like the plague. I decided to have my tooth fixed by her, and for the first time in my life, I left the office with a smile on my face. Esclinic offers @Invisalign treatment with only one doctor who sees patients once a week. As a client, I only learned about this after experiencing regular difficulties scheduling follow-up appointments. attachments holding the aligners in place detaches and needs to be reattached in the office. This results in additional, unscheduled appointments, which are difficult to get to. When paying 14,000 PLN for the treatment, I expected a bit more flexibility in scheduling appointments, which are part of the purchased package. In summary, for @Invisalign treatment, I recommend finding another clinic with the option of seeing a replacement doctor and a more flexible follow-up schedule. PS: In the comment to my review, data about the procedures performed on me as part of the treatment and information about my appointment times were publicly disclosed. This information is confidential and constitutes medical confidentiality. Disclosing this data on a public website also demonstrates the professionalism of the practice.

Response from the owner Edited 2 years agoDear Madam, This opinion is extremely unfair to our entire team, especially since it is untrue, as confirmed by the treatment history in our medical records. Before starting Invisalign treatment, you (as well as our other patients) were informed that follow-up appointments are less frequent than with traditional braces, but that they must be scheduled in advance (you requested an immediate appointment each time you tried to schedule an appointment), especially when the next aligners are due. Follow-up appointments during orthodontic treatment are scheduled periodically, and it's often impossible to add an additional appointment to the treating dentist's schedule for a given day (especially when, for example, a new scan is required), hence the information about booking in advance. This is especially true because with Invisalign treatment, each patient knows exactly when they will complete each stage and can book their appointment well in advance. You require (based on your opinion) that if your treating physician is on leave (without booking an appointment sufficiently in advance), another physician will replace him. Dear Madam, this is not possible in the case of orthodontic treatment, as your treating physician has created an individual treatment plan for you, and no other specialist will attempt to disrupt this plan, even with a single visit. If follow-up appointments are scheduled well in advance, it is impossible for the treating physician to be absent (we don't take into account unforeseen circumstances, which can surprise any of us at the most unexpected moment). We have two orthodontic physicians in our practice, working with different systems. We are a dental practice that provides access to physicians of various specialties, not just orthodontists. What you wrote is unfair, as it reflects on our entire team. Additionally, I would like to mention that when your button detached, and your primary care physician was not seeing patients at our office that day, the button was properly reattached by another physician (this procedure does not interfere with the treatment and can be performed by another physician). However, requiring another physician, without knowing the initial condition, to perform a scan or issue additional aligners exposes us to unprofessional practices. We treat patients according to the standards of modern dentistry and have excellent results. During orthodontic treatment (the method is irrelevant here), teeth shift, and therefore attachments/buttons/brackets may become detached. The absence of one of these components for a short period of time will not disrupt treatment (and you waited that long for your appointment). We are extremely sorry that you decided to judge us so unfairly, knowing how the medical receptionists always tried to meet your expectations and arrange your next follow-up appointment as quickly as possible, even though, for example, you came to the office after a six-month break – in this case, you see no problem with the prolonged treatment resulting from your actions. Respectfully, PS. The comment did not disclose details about your treatment, nor did it violate medical confidentiality. The response was written in response to your opinion, which I cannot agree with.

y could get braces, BUT "it might happen that all of a sudden we'll have to extract four wisdom teeth, and the teeth might end up moving in the wrong direction." Out of fear and lack of any other option, I chose aligners and paid a deposit – 2,000 złoty, but… something nagged at me. Why didn't you tell me that braces couldn't be put on at the first appointment at the beginning of the year? I went to another orthodontist for a consultation, and you know what? He laughed it off, because I didn't even have to have all four wisdom teeth extracted. That's the best part – absolutely, if you want, you can start braces treatment. It turns out I would have been wearing my dream braces a long time ago, and I would have saved so much stress and, above all, money. I currently have an appointment for braces, and I don't think I'll lose four teeth anytime soon. I sincerely recommend everyone avoid this doctor. They usually just ask for aligners and that's it. It's not about real treatment, and above all, it's about truth.

I recommend her. The receptionist is kind and helpful. It's easy to schedule and cancel appointments, and if something comes up, she helps you choose the right dates. Agata, the dentist, is also great. She guided the entire treatment process perfectly.
