I went to Dentistree Bangsar Dental Clinic in Bangsar because of a bad toothache and needed a tooth extraction. The dentist was very professional and gentle, 拔牙过程很快也不痛. The staff explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable, 很安心. Clean clinic and great service. Highly recommended dentist in Bangsar.

I made my dentures at Dentistree Bangsar Dental Clinic and had a very good experience. The dentist was patient and explained the process. My dentures fit well and feel comfortable. Thank you to the friendly team. Fantastic!

Overall not very satisfied. Dentist drilled my toung by accident which was sore and bled for some days afterwards. The main tooth issue had extreme pain throughout the drilling and filling even with loads of anaesthetic. It was pretty sensitive to any cold or hot food before the treatment and after visiting this dentist, was probably twice as bad and has remained really bad ever since. The filling…

they put in are no good as another dentist I have gone to see has now checked. The dentist lady was polite and pleasant, but overall it was sub standard work and a total waste of money. Also I must say that charging a large fee to do x-rays is simply a scam, it costs a few RM for the x-ray film and it's just an extra profit making strategy which is not reasonable. They could easily do the x-ray free of charge or charge the minimal fee for the x-ray film, instead of trying to maximize profit from since they need to do it anyway to proceed with their work which they are making money on anyway! (Dentist in Thailand do not charge extra for the x-ray, they charge a $3 sterilizing fee for the x-ray process which is reasonable). I would never recommend this dentistree dentist in bangsar at all and would never go back.

Had such a great experience with Dr Joyce and her team - very practical and gentle. We also took our two kids for a check up and Dr Joyce was incredible, they had such a positive experience. She explained her tools, what she was going to do and kept assuring them along the way. Highly recommended for adults and kids.

I came in for a preventative check-up and cleaning and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Dr Joyce was thorough and took a conservative approach, focusing on long-term health rather than unnecessary treatment. The scaling was comfortable and the whole appointment felt well paced. I’ll definitely return every 6 months!

within my super tight work schedule. My friend recommended Dentistree. I made my booking in advanced and proceed as planned upon arrival to KL. I was welcomed well, registration process was smooth and i was immediately impressed by the cleanliness of the place, did a quick visit to the toilet before consultation and it was so clean! Again I was impressed. Waited for about 2 minutes or so and Dr. Joyce welcomed me to the consultation room. I shared her my issues and told her that due to a very bad experience i had 12 years ago with another dentist, i have not been visiting any dentists at all. Apart from that, my main concern was also to get a proper recommendation on my overall teeth and gum health. She took-up all the info i shared and then asked me to sit down and did a physical examination. She then suggested that i do scaling to clear off all the hardened plague and allow my gums to heal the proper / natural way. I agreed and proceeded with the treatment. All in all, from the start of the treatment until it was finished there was no pain at all. My anxiety and fear that i had before visiting Dentistree was also gone with all the hardened plague removed from my teeth. I felt so comfortable. There was no upselling on things i don’t need, got much needed advise on how i should upkeep my dental health upon going back to Kota Kinabalu and only recommended me to do scaling once a year. Simple and straightforward. Thank you so much Dr. Joyce and the team, keep up the good work! You guys are awesome!

The Dr was so sweet and nice to my sister and I. We enjoyed it and her work was very efficient.
Really comfortable and cozy clinic, with designated clinic parking upfront to park into this bustling area. Dr. Joyce and her nurses are super friendly, really gentle when handling me & my 5 y/o daughter. My daughter had a very good dental experience here. Dr. Joyce really takes her time to explain & keep you at ease throughout a procedure.
The clinic is very clean and the receptionist are friendly. The doctor is friendly and polite.

didn't just look for issues to fix - she gave me practical, long-term advice, like noticing symptoms of over-brushing (as I use an electric toothbrush and water floss) and advised me accordingly so to avoid teeth sensitivity years down the road. Also the clinic itself is has a modern and hotel-like feel with a thoughtful children's corner. Highly, highly recommend! P.s. Big plus point: dedicated parking lot right upfront for customers!

to carry out the tooth extraction. Meanwhile he was given painkillers. We somehow managed to bring the readings to a better level and the procedure was carried out without any hiccups. They also allowed me to be in the room while the procedure was going on. She monitored my dad for a while in the clinic to ensure the blood is clotting. And the follow up check ins were also very helpful. Very impressed and happy with the way they handled things.
Loved my visit here! I got my teeth whitened and the results were better than I expected. The dentist and nurse were so friendly and made the whole thing feel easy and comfortable. I left smiling—literally!

I went for an emergency dental issue and they were kind enough to delay their lunch and attend to me with no fuss. The clinic assistants were polite and Dr. Joyce was very patient and helped me with my dental problem.
