I had an implant done last year by DR. LUAN, I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM!! Terrible, it came out crooked and he even cemented the tooth temporarily. The dentist I went to recently even told me it could fall out easily (which DR. LUAN didn't tell me after placing the prosthesis). I went to another dentist to fix it and had to pay R$2000.00 to fix it! Research a lot before going to anyone. Cheap is…

I would give zero stars, although the personal service is good and the dentist's effort is also good, the administrator is terrible, there is no effort whatsoever to solve your problem, in the case of defects, because the material used is of very poor quality, in less than a year I lost all the treatment done, the fillings, the adhesive (which in my case I sought them for an implant in the area,…

but the dentist suggested this adhesive that would fall off every two or three months and I had to return, but then came the pandemic, I stayed away for a while, for sanitary precautions, taking care of my health, when I returned the administrator said that it was no longer under warranty. In short, I lost all the money invested and was left with a dental problem worse than I had before this so-called "treatment". Which for me was a disaster. I do not recommend it, cheap ends up being much more expensive.

I hired the service to perform the root canal, the service was good, however I needed to go to five sessions to complete the root canal, but at the time of hiring it was supposed to be done in a single session. There was a lack of an assistant so that the doctor wouldn't have to leave the room during the procedures.

I chose the right clinic. Dr. Karina is treating me and I feel very comfortable with her. Sabrina and the other receptionist are super nice and do a great job. Plus, every time a piece of my braces comes loose or I get hurt, Pro Dente provides support the very next day, always taking care of me.
