If you want to get angry, just come here. The reception service is terrible. The doctor is wonderful, but the demand is high, and for one doctor alone, she can't handle so many people. The service is slow, and they tell patients to come another day, even though we work and don't have time. They also take a long time to respond on WhatsApp.

I love this clinic, Dr. Grazy is wonderful, she always treats me well and with great attention. I would like to emphasize that when we seek dental care, it's not just the consultation, it's the entire company's work. My schedule is very busy and I ALWAYS FORGET TO SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS or to go for check-ups, and I really appreciate it when the receptionist calls me on WhatsApp to remind me.…

This is a difference I don't see in other clinics. I live far away, so the attention you give to clients is surreal. I would like to congratulate the entire company, including Dr. Grazy and the receptionist Aldilene, for never letting me forget to finish my treatment ♥️ Gratitude 🙏🏽
I'm observing the dental treatment; let's see if it delivers on its promises, and how long it takes to get the braces, because many professionals nowadays just want to rip off patients by keeping them on for 4 years or more.
