The receptionist Ingrid provided wonderful service, and the doctor is also incredible. Super attentive and polite. I highly recommend it. I loved it and will return many more times.

insistence, they redid the root canal. I even saved WhatsApp messages for a possible lawsuit. They were supposed to put a piece in my tooth that was cut by the dentist Leticia, but they didn't. They put in the post that I had paid for before and that they hadn't put in. (This is because I complained and they said it was the normal procedure and that everything was fine). In the first root canal treatment, I didn't need a piece because the tooth was complete. MY RECOMMENDATION is: RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Oh, I almost forgot, I needed two anesthetics to redo the root canal, but they only gave me one. NOW THEY RESPONDED SAYING THAT MY ACCOUNT DOESN'T MATCH THE PORTUGAL SITUATION. OF COURSE, I MUST BE LYING AND YOU ARE RIGHT, AS ALWAYS, JUST LIKE THE PIN I paid for and they said no, that everything was fine. DON'T WANT TROUBLE, RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

My experience was great, excellent service from reception to Dr. Letícia's care. The receptionist, Julia, is perfect; she always reminds me when I forget my appointments. I highly recommend them.

I found out about the clinic through Instagram and started my treatment with Dr. Renan and continued with Dr. Laura. Today, September 30, 2025, I am finishing very happy with the result. The staff, from reception onwards, are super attentive and dedicated to what they do. I highly recommend the clinic.

Dr. Leticia was performing a restoration and accidentally dropped adhesive tape onto my husband's palate.
