I can only say that this clinic is incredibly professional, very patient, and above all, the entire staff is very kind. I took my daughter there, and they treated her wonderfully. They were very caring and kept me informed about my treatment at all times, and they reminded me of my appointments. Dr. Aida is incredibly attentive, friendly, and a true professional. I consulted her through my health insurance, and it was an excellent experience for my children. Unfortunately, her personal service towards me was not. The billing process was a complete ordeal. My son was prescribed a head guard, which I authorized. but when it finally arrived (not by email, but via WhatsApp), it lacked any description. They simply left my messages on read. The service was terrible, and it's a shame that this overshadows Aida's otherwise excellent work.

Fantastic service from the first appointment, plus they are very attentive and dedicated. We had had some bad experiences in other places because of our daughters' nerves, but here they completely calmed down. 100% recommended!!

I thought it was a great clinic to take my daughter to. The whole team there is wonderful, and they're very clear with the information about procedures. I love their approach and how they make sure the children aren't afraid—it's fantastic! As a parent, that gives me peace of mind, and even more so being able to witness the treatment.
