The dentist's skills are excellent, and the receptionists are very kind. They explain the treatment in detail, the fee structure is clear, and they reconfirm appointments via email a few days before and via text message the day before. Their meticulous service makes me feel at ease. English is spoken without any problems. I highly recommend this dentist.

We got basic teeth cleanings with this office and had a great experience. The office is very nice and so are the staff and dentist. Everything was conducted in English for us, an accommodation that we very much appreciated. Also very reasonable price, at $900 MXN or $50 USD. The care here was honestly better than any I've received in the US.
If you want the worst communication, to be ignored, to have your case treated with complete indifference, and to have zero interest in helping you, perfect! e delay. I had faith because of the photos and Google Maps ratings, but their customer service leaves everything to be desired.
I went there for a regular dental cleaning. The staff was professional and spoke English.
i went to Beamann Hobbs to get a deep cleaning for which i had been quoted $1600 by my regular US dentist. Beamann Hobbs quoted me $200 for two one hour cleaning sessions, but finished the job in one hour and only charged me $100 for an exellent hi tech cleaning. they also found two cavities in my wisdom teeth which my home dentist had missed. although i had a jam packed schedule in CDMX they…

managed to fit me in for two additional appointments and worked into the evening on my last day in the city to get them both filled. they even brought in a second dentist to assist on one. the dentists, particularly Dr. Montserrat, were absolutely terrific. the final job was perfect, and the cost for each cavity was only $100. i cannot recommend them any higher.

The difference was night and day. --------------------- I contacted Beamann Hobbs for treatment and found their communication to be unprofessional. What's the point of having WhatsApp or email if they don't respond to potential patients? I felt like I had to insist too much to get basic information, which doesn't inspire confidence when planning treatment abroad. If you don't want English-speaking clients, then you should avoid advertising to them on your website. Other clinics I contacted in Mexico City were very responsive, clear, and professional in their communication. The difference was very noticeable.

My experience here was fantastic. My dentist was very warm and friendly. She took her time with the check-up and cleaning. She explained everything to me very well and I felt very satisfied with the service. The price was very reasonable for a check-up and dental hygiene ($900), and I would highly recommend this place.

They were extremely nice to my wife who had a pain in her tooth during our vacation We were able to make an appointment and see a specialist very easily - and were seen for free(!) Receptionist was fluent in English, which made it much easier for us as tourists, naturally

I had a great experience here. They worked around my schedule to fit me in for an efficient appointment. They also were able to cater for a late change in my schedule. The dental experience was great and the translation was fantastic. I would definitely recomend to anyone!

I had a simple cavity filled and it was extremely painful for weeks after. I had to get it redone and the staff wasn't very responsive when I told them I was in pain.

Our staff indicates that we heard from you May 8th in regards to the pain you felt and offered an appointment to fix it that same day, to what you mentioned that “maybe tomorrow and if it feels better by tomorrow we can disregard” The next day the staff got in contact with you again asking about how you felt with no response from your end, May 10th you contacted us again mentioning your were still in some pain but feeling better, to what we offer an appointment to see you that same day in the afternoon to verify what might be causing the discomfort and never heard back from you, we are sorry if you felt we were not very responsive and is something we will looked into and improve.
