I had a terrible experience with Dr. Rafaela: poor communication and a great deal of unwillingness to help. I went to the clinic because they accept my health insurance plan, and they repeatedly emphasized that the plan covers cleaning and removal. Today, after making it clear that I wouldn't agree to the price and only wanted the braces removed and cleaned, she again stated that my plan didn't cover it and charged me R$300.00 for a procedure that, in reality, is covered by my plan.

We do not perform this procedure for free! It is not possible to request it through your health plan, as we do not have this specialty registered with your insurance company, since the system does not even offer this option. We made it clear that you could seek another professional registered in this specialty through your insurance plan, if it covers it. The doctor, trying to help by offering you the procedure as a bonus since you were about to start a new treatment, is evaluated this way in return? Along with the entire team that received you with such care and promptness. We are very sorry for the unfair evaluation and position.
Very well-structured clinic, qualified professionals, I received excellent care from Dr. Gabriela Fernandes.

I've been receiving treatment here for almost two years. Appointments are frequently delayed. The dentists keep you waiting. Right now I've been waiting in the reception area for an hour. I've had several problems, including with the receptionists' service. I can't wait to finish my treatment.
