Update October 2025: I was seen by Dr. Rafael today. I was very pleased. It seems the clinic's management has improved. We all stand to gain. Congratulations! I hope they maintain the quality and stop pushing unnecessary cosmetic dental treatments. Not everyone wants artificial teeth that are diseased inside. See you in 6 months.

Dr. Gabriela is great, but the reception staff needs to be more humanized and attentive, especially regarding information about waiting times. I waited for 30 minutes and the receptionist wasn't very informative or careful with the information she provided.

difficulty, I managed to schedule an appointment by phone, already stressed by the situation. When I returned, it wasn't the same dentist who saw me; it was another one, instructed by the first. I was seen in a room that was under renovation; they were expanding the clinic at the time, where there wasn't even water. There was a new, beautiful, and comfortable chair, but the room was a mess because it hadn't been officially opened yet. She did a patch and warned me that it might not hold, and I already knew it wouldn't, but I was already very angry about the situation. In short, the patch didn't hold, my tooth opened up, and I decided to accept the loss and not go back. I didn't pay a small amount, and I felt my problem was poorly addressed. The clinic is beautiful and cozy, but unfortunately I expected more.
