I do not recommend this clinic. The service fell apart in less than a month. I asked for it to be redone since it was under warranty, but I was completely disregarded. They scheduled someone else for my appointment time, since in my case there would be no payment, and left me waiting. I got up and left. Total disrespect. reviewing as if they were clients. The clinic said that the other person who was scheduled for my time slot arrived first and was therefore seen before, but that didn't happen. The clinic was closed, and we both waited outside and went in together. I spoke with the patient; she wasn't in pain and it wasn't an emergency situation that she couldn't wait for my appointment, which had been scheduled days in advance. It was clear to me that they ignored me because it was a warranty follow-up. I understand it's an emergency clinic, but if the other client's case was so urgent, they could have sent me a simple message asking me to come back later. I don't tolerate this kind of behavior, especially since I paid a lot for it.

In all our emergency appointments, we give the person 30 minutes to be seen, unless they want a specific time. The client who was scheduled at the same time was an emergency. She arrived before 10:00, which is why she was seen first. None of our employees treated you badly or with disregard. We use the best materials available in dentistry. You can come back and see the brands and compare prices yourself. I replied to you on WhatsApp, but you blocked us. Because you don't understand that unforeseen events happen. But thank you for your feedback. Thank God there are few like you. Most understand that we provide 24-hour emergency care. Thank you again. And you lied again, when you arrived the patient was already being seen and you simply left. But thank you anyway 🫶🏻 our security is the cameras and knowing that, thank God, there are few like you who lack patience in healthcare. 🫶🏻 Gratitude
