I called to ask the price of a dressing for my tooth that's hurting, the attendant asked me if the tooth was open and if it needed a filling, so I told her that it's just a matter of putting the dressing on. Our emergency service has fixed prices, which may vary depending on the procedure that needs to be performed. The doctor leaves their home to provide emergency care. Since you were in pain and couldn't find another professional to see you that day, right? We have a unique advantage. We work 24 hours a day and truly provide care, no matter the time or day. No, I didn't like it at first. The dentist didn't wear gloves to examine me, he just looked at my tooth superficially and said there was nothing wrong, exactly... my God, 4 minutes, I had to pay 120 reais, and I left with a toothache. Never again.

Hi Francisca. I think you're mistaken, because our dentists are above all professionals, and they never fail to use gloves, masks, and other PPE. Thank God we have cameras in all our rooms, and we've already checked your appointment. An X-ray was taken and there was nothing "wrong" with your tooth. Instructions were given. It's your right not to like our service, especially since we don't please everyone, right?! But coming here and telling lies is too much. Anyway. Thank you for not coming back.
If I had the option of giving a thousand stars, I would! Because they are angel dentists, my little girl had a trauma and had been suffering for 90 days, and with patience and care they managed to extract my little one's tooth! I highly recommend him. He's attentive and punctual. My husband was treated by this professional because he was experiencing pain from a poorly done root canal. He took X-rays, cleaned the area, and referred him for a root canal to be redone. He assessed the situation and prescribed the correct medication. I've already recommended Dr. Rafael to friends.
