prosthesis two months later, five days before returning. By then I had moved house, was relocating, tired, and my time was running out. One of the times I went there, Dr. Paulo said, "You'll have to come, otherwise you'll leave, and don't say the prosthesis was badly made." Okay! That didn't raise any alarm, such was my desire to have everything in order. I returned to Brazil in August, 3 months later. The gap I have between the prosthesis on the left side of my mouth and my jaw is very large. I went there and said something wasn't right (it wasn't my first skeletal prosthesis). Dr. Paulo replied that unfortunately it was the shape of my palate and that all I could do was finish eating and wash to remove the excess food. It was something like, "You're stupid, ma'am, you don't understand any of this and you complain." (My direct words, his indirect ones). I left there without taking responsibility. I went to two more doctors for their opinion and to see if I could resolve the situation, and both told me... the prosthesis is poorly made and the only solution is to get a new one! Therefore, Dr. Paulo, your door is open, but it will close quickly if you continue to treat patients like numbers. And if you still have clients, it's because working Saturdays and Sundays is what makes money for you. And unfortunately, people need it. And who hasn't left there with a sore face and jaw, because he pulls, then tells you to turn your head, then pulls again, and tells you to turn again? He didn't dislocate his jaw, but who knows, maybe one day. I had to point out the lack of professionalism of this Dr. Paulo, who often barely allows us to sit in the chair. It's just one follow-up and follow-up.

I entered the office trembling with pain and left feeling like I'd never felt pain in my life!!!! I received excellent service and it was quick. Unlike when I went to the new 24-hour clinic of the same plan, which took 2 hours to be seen and the restoration was done reluctantly, it seemed like they were doing me a favor. I'll have to redo it because it's already cracked.
