With a toothache, the doctor accepted me as a tourist after 10 minutes. The office was friendly and the staff were very nice and competent.
Since I was repeatedly asked to write a review in my own language after our initial consultation, I am now complying with this request. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this practice. as anything but professional. This practice's motivation is clearly making money, not the patients' dental health. Ms. Novais suggested to me that the damaged tooth had infected surrounding teeth with decay, which required urgent treatment. Regrettably, I agreed to have fillings placed on the side of the broken tooth, specifically in the most critical areas. As the receptionist later informed me, Ms. Novais simply drilled into all six of my molars on that side of my mouth. Because I was partially numbed during the procedure, I didn't realize exactly how many teeth were treated. Furthermore, she recommended I come back tomorrow to have the other side treated, where she said she urgently needed to treat seven more teeth. I was furious and stopped the treatment. As I learned from my dentist in Germany, I have absolutely no cavities in these seven teeth. They were simply normal tooth discolorations that could easily be removed with a professional cleaning. It seems likely that they drilled into healthy teeth and replaced old fillings for no reason. Although I did receive a post crown, it wasn't properly fitted (despite being fabricated in a dental lab). Ms. Novais ground down my crown. Unfortunately, this didn't prevent the unpleasant pain when eating, but the dark color of the post makes it look unsightly. The drilled teeth have been very sensitive ever since and were painful for weeks after the treatment. I will definitely never set foot in this practice again, and I hope this review can save other patients from a similar experience.

There was also Yev, a very friendly, helpful young man who was always attentive to the team's needs. In short, a great experience. My experience was great. I had to go to the dentist urgently on the last day of my vacation. Luckily, I was able to get an appointment in the afternoon. What a warm welcome I received. The dentist was AMAZING. I'm afraid of dentists, but she really put me at ease. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a dentist in the area.

A dental clinic far ahead of anything I've seen before. The care taken with the processes is evident from the moment you ring the doorbell. Safety, hygiene, and state-of-the-art technology. A very friendly and attentive team. The focus is entirely on the patient. I was struck by the time each treatment takes and, in particular, by the attention to patient comfort during and after treatments.
Went for a cleaning and to fix a broken tooth (veneer). The office is immaculate, the doctors and staff are friendly and professional, and they have top notch technology. Will definitely be coming back! Thank you so much.
