I decided to go with this place – also 1 factor in making this decision was the fact that it was in a shopping mall, and I assumed because it was in one, they would be very good as they would have to keep their reputation/service to a higher standard, but I was wrong. Whilst the place is very nice and clean, it is very very small and really really basic. I soon found out that this place does not have everything here that other dentists in Pattaya have, like x-rays or CT scanners for instance. I had nearly all my silver fillings removed and replaced with white fillings. I have issues with all of them because they did not clean the teeth properly when removing the silver fillings and so when the white filling were applied, you can still see the residue markings from the silver on them around the white fillings! Also, all my fillings were too sharp and not smoothed out properly. I know it’s not easy to get this right first time, and also because I don’t live there, I cannot go back easily to fix it, and so I have had to use a nail file to try to smooth the teeth myself, but this has and will cause issues for my teeth later on (I will be getting a few crowns so it will not be a problem later on). Also, when I asked them to smooth 1 tooth, they basically cut it flat and it looks now awful, hence why I decided to use a nail file myself instead of them cutting my teeth flat (I will have to replace that tooth with a crown now). When I had my teeth whitened here, I didn’t have any printed instructions on what to do afterwards and for how long to look after them, unlike with what I received from another dentist I found in Pattya who were much better at this (they provided me a full information sheet). Also the results there were much better (maybe because that was my 2nd whitening session and the results after this first one, were more effective in that one). I really do not feel confident in this place to do my teeth any further, and so I managed to find a much better place elsewhere in Pattaya who knock the socks off this place. They have everything you could think off, and are so advanced with the technology there and the service and results you get, you really don’t need to go anywhere else. Yes they are 50% more expensive than this place, but it’s well worth it. So basically, you get, what you pay for! So just a warning, this place is ok and can help you out and maybe you will be all fine, but if you want a proper job without issues/complications, go elsewhere.

It is always sad to hear patients upset with our works. We humbly accept and will use your feedbacks to improve our services. With shopping mall space and regulatory, it is not possible for us to install larger machine like OPG x-ray. Normally we warranty our works and offer patients to return to fix it until satisfied. It would be better if you just email or report us since last year we did. Although you were disappointed, it is not a reason we will deny to responsible our works and always welcome you in the future.

It may be misunderstanding as we communicate with you by google translate in Russian text. Our staff never have intentions to rude customers. If you need to xray for periodontal disease, you need to use full mouth OPG xray which we don’t have this machine. You need to go the place that we gave you the details.

Everytime I vist pattaya I always come for a clean up at dentist beach. the staff are very welcoming and do a efficient and fast job at sorting out my dental needs I highly recommend them very cheap also comparing to London prices.

I had my teeth whitened here. I don't believe I was given enough explanation before they did it. I didn't realise that they would strip my teeth of its enamel to make them look whiter. My mouth stayed chalky and dry for 3 months after. If I had known, I would not have gone ahead with it. I would also get a 2nd opinion next time on the amount of fillings given.
Friendly welcome, quick appointment. A serious dentist who provides the necessary care and doesn't try to make a quick buck. My dentist in France wanted to replace three crowns, claiming cavities and infections. After X-rays, it's clear they don't need replacing, especially since I have no pain. I will return.

I visited Dental Beach in Pattaya in May 2025. Dr. Chai performed a full teeth cleaning and laser whitening. The entire process was pain-free, quick, and done with great care. My teeth were left incredibly clean and super white! The staff was friendly and professional. Special thanks to Naphat for her outstanding management and professionalism. Highly recommend this clinic for dental work!

I wanted to write this review so other tourists can be aware. I needed to recement a crown yesterday that fell off and the dentist on duty did a very poor job that the recemented crown was much higher than before. The worse part was that this man had no patience at all to spend more time to make adjustments. Avoid this place if you can.

To be cleared, your poor crown was not made by us. With this condition, it need to be replaced sooner or later. We already asked the patient 3 times on chairside whether everything is ok and charge 1500 THB to fix this problem for 40 minutes works.
