The reason I gave it one star is because they kept a portion of the money from a treatment I paid for and couldn't perform it. There's no one to handle the claim and provide a solution. They pass you from one department to another like a ping-pong ball, and in the end, no one resolves the issue. In my case, I lost a whopping 600,000.

My experience has been wonderful because they have a great human touch and are very helpful. I am more than grateful for the excellent service I have received so far.
