I flew to Medellin from Washington DC in order to visit this clinic. It was so so worth it! I highly recommend this place as the doctors are very knowledgeable and professional, and the cost is very very reasonable (compared to other clinics that service foreign citizens). The truth is that Belen's headquarters are beautiful and organized, the dentists are very professional, and their prices are reasonable. Their customer service is acceptable, but I think they can do better. Thank you so much Johana. The clinic is super decked out - there are even some fun screens to look at while you have the procedures done! A filling, cleaning, and retainer fitting was all done in half an hour - they are super efficient! Prices are all reasonable too! Johana is also great, so friendly and calming.

This whole experiance at this office has been amazing and comferting from day one. All the services i asked for were explaind throughly. Stay away from this place. Avoid the nightmare I am living. Each time I went I felt more weary about the procedures being done. At last I went somewhere else and everything that was done had to be redone. I was to have three crowns and only received two which were done incorrectly. change and it was posible that further the trauma what causes a root canal Therefore I am forced to stay with two bad crowns until my gums heal. One of the cavities that was supposedly taken out and filled with grey filling which was supposed to be porcelain was changed by the second dentist I visited and apparently still full of cavities which the dentist who did the procedure said I was now cavity free. All the personnel when you meet them are very nice and sweet however then DentiOral hires inexperience professionals that should not be working unsupervised. They have girls as young at 17 helping assist with procedures. The “dentist” even left my teeth exposed as she did not put temporaries which is very dangerous as I could had damaged my nerve. Once I went to the other dentist you could tell the difference immediately and experience send in professional capacity of the entire office. Thankfully I did not let them touch my ground teeth.
