Came in looking for pain relief to bruxism. physical therapy, massages and exercises. Both dr. Johanna and dr. Cristina were knowledgeable in the medicine, and kind to my pain as they worked on me. They also were very clear of what i should expect in terms of pain and recovery curve, so even if pain came back, i was aware it would happen and didnt nee to call them with concerns. My pain has improved significantly; before i used a combination of lidocaine spray, a denture mold at night, and 500 mg acetaminophen to manage my pain multiple times per week; now i use acetaminophen sparingly, and can have an okay day next day if i forgot to use tbe mold the night before. I had my doubts because the pain was so high, but im glad i trusted dr. Cristina's expertise. Bonus points: the professionals use aromatic oils and it smells SO GOOD while receiving treatment!!
