What an amazing experience!! Came from Florida to have two root canals and two bridges. Sara in the front office kept in contact with us the entire time we were here. Dra. Dr Carrasco and his staff are amazing and attentive. He fully examined us and made sure that the procedures we required could be done. He would not do the work if there were any risks. (was way too expensive in Canada). From there they would set the schedule for my two dental implants over the week long stay (and family vacation). Sara helped arrange pickup at the airport for my whole family and to and from our resort int the hotel zone. Jose was the transport to and from for the appt schedule. He was awesome, gave local knowledge and tips on how to enjoy cancun. WhatsApp texting was easy with Sara at the front desk and with Jose for transport. Dr Carrasco and staff gave me lots of assurance and his experience really shone through. He explained everything and didn’t rush. Very thorough and latest technology. I would recommend Dr Carrasco and his clinic to anyone wondering about high quality dental work - implants or bridges or crowns at a reasonable cost. If your from Canada or the US, and wondering where to go for trusted dental work at the price that includes a full vacation. Call or email and Sara will take care of you. If anyone is uneasy about using medical services abroad, let me assuage you: This office is as good or better than anywhere in the states at 1/2 the price at most. Dr Jorge Sr, Jr and staff are very friendly and professional. Couldn't be more pleased. Update: used them again for two complex procedures, both went smoothly. He is a machine, and very skilled. : booking my hotel, coordinating with a driver-service (to ensure I was picked up and dropped off between hotel and clinic), flexibility in scheduling appointments to ensure it is convenient, and contacted my airlines (when Toronto Pearson airport misplaced my luggage). The Doctor personally delivered my luggage to my hotel room to show his concern for the situation. During the appointments, the Doctor is very careful and meticulous; he thoroughly explains exactly what he will be doing during the treatment and will always try to accommodate you and your smile. If you feel an ounce of discomfort or pain, he will immediately stop and provide an anesthetic. (Travelled June 2022 and October 2022)

e encountered in the USA. I cannot stress enough how happy I am that I chose Dr Carrasco as my dentist and will be returning for further treatment. If you have any doubts about coming to Mexico for dental treatment, let me assure you that the amount of money saved for the same level of care that you’d receive at home is certainly enough to assuage any of your fears. I wish I had known about Dental Tourism a long, long time ago. I could’ve saved so much money. Sara at reception is easily one of the kindest, most helpful people I’ve ever met. I can’t wait to return and finish my treatment.

because of the good reviews, so I called again thinking the woman had made a mistake, but they kept hanging up on me. They weren't friendly at all, and they don't even have the basic customer service you'd expect. Don't be fooled by the good reviews; I'm only giving it one star because I can't give it zero stars.

Great job on the implant my the Dr. I’ll be back next time I need another implant. He was very good at explaining everything as he went through the procedure. Update: 2 years later. No problem with the implant. Dentist in Canada said it’s done very well. Still going strong. I’ll be back for future work.

was delightful too. I got all of the work for literally tens of thousands of dollars less than it would have cost stateside. Can't recommend Dentcare enough.
American dentist said I needed 2 root canals, 2 extractions, and 26 crowns. Would've cost over $40000. Turns out I only needed 1 root canal, 1 extraction, and 6 crowns, which came out to about $5000. So it's not just that the prices are lower, they're also not trying to scam you into getting a bunch of procedures you don't need. They could've made a lot more money off of me by just going off the…

original estimate, but they were honest instead. The place is also really comfortable and friendly. It's not huge like some of the big Mexican dental companies that seem to have a ton of patients and staff running around everywhere. So you actually get your work done by Dr. Carrasco rather than some random intern you don't recognize. They brought in a specialist for the root canal. Both the specialist and Dr. Carrasco were very understanding of my dental anxiety and seemed to always be making sure I wasn't in pain. They would frequently pause and check on me if I seemed even remotely uncomfortable. I also was given oral sedation every day I came in (by request). Reception is very friendly too. I had to get some advanced scans for the extraction, so one of the receptionists just drove me to the other place and we had a nice conversation there and back. It feels like you already know the whole staff when you go in, like they're your local dentist. I should mention the work they did was also excellent and I've had no problems and my teeth look great now. I have to relearn to smile now after so many years of having terrible front teeth. I highly highly recommend them and will absolutely be going back.

from their spectacular dentist, I had a specialist appointment & the teeth removed in under 24hrs of landing in Mexico, with nothing but local freezing and a small dose of Valium. The whole surgery process, recovery & all other concerns were addressed & explained in depth & helped me feel a lot more secure!
