What an amazing experience!! Came from Florida to have two root canals and two bridges. Sara in the front office kept in contact with us the entire time we were here. Dra. Aniria Castellanos did my root canals and explained everything in such great detail. Dr Jorge carrasco took great care in making sure that everything was perfect with my smile and every aspect of my teeth including my bite. So happy I made the choice of using this office. We will return!

Dr Carrasco and his staff are amazing and attentive. He fully examined us and made sure that the procedures we required could be done. He would not do the work if there were any risks. I had an implant and my wife had 2 implants. We are beyond pleased and happy. We’ll be back for crowns in 4-6 months and start other work. Call them today and make your reservations. Amazing experience. Came from Canada and first time to Mexico. Was referred by a friend at church who saw Dr Carrasco many years ago. I started by emailing, and not sure about next steps. Sara emailed back and was excellent - very helpful in communicating the process. She let me know the cost up front and that when I arrive they will take a xRay and CT to confirm what my Canadian Dentist quoted (was way too expensive in Canada). From there they would set the schedule for my two dental implants over the week long stay (and family vacation). Sara helped arrange pickup at the airport for my whole family and to and from our resort int the hotel zone. Jose was the transport to and from for the appt schedule. He was awesome, gave local knowledge and tips on how to enjoy cancun. WhatsApp texting was easy with Sara at the front desk and with Jose for transport. Dr Carrasco and staff gave me lots of assurance and his experience really shone through. He explained everything and didn’t rush. Very thorough and latest technology. I would recommend Dr Carrasco and his clinic to anyone wondering about high quality dental work - implants or bridges or crowns at a reasonable cost. If your from Canada or the US, and wondering where to go for trusted dental work at the price that includes a full vacation. Call or email and Sara will take care of you. If anyone is uneasy about using medical services abroad, let me assuage you: This office is as good or better than anywhere in the states at 1/2 the price at most. Dr Jorge Sr, Jr and staff are very friendly and professional. Couldn't be more pleased. Update: used them again for two complex procedures, both went smoothly. He is a machine, and very skilled. Staff communicative and helpful.

I had extensive work that I needed to do. Dr Carrasco was very patient and gentle with me and explained the procedures as the work progressed. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and professional. They helped with the appointments and transportation needed. I am glad that I have chosen Dr Carrasco to do my dental work and will recommend anyone who needs extensive work done to look up Dentcare Cancun.!

Great doctors, great receptionists, great service! Coming from the US, I was nervous to have dental work done in another country, but with Dentcare they provided excellent support throughout the process. They performed an initial consultation to develop a plan based on my needs, then they delivered quick, efficient, and affordable service; And they provided transportation to and from the appointments! I’ll travel to Dentcare any time I need dental work!

Dr Carrasco and his team did a wonderful job. He replaced all my bad teeth with zirconia implants, a bridge and crowns. He made my teeth look great, fixed all my mouth pain and provided a very safe, caring environment at a fraction of the cost that I would have paid in the USA. His team is wonderful and caring. They get you to and from the airport, your hotel and the office so seamlessly. Cancun is beautiful and safe in the hotel zone just like other tourist towns. I highly recommend Dr Carrasco and his Dentcare team.

Dr. Carrasco is a fine oral surgeon, with a great staff and clean, modern facilities. Highly recommend.
