Svobodová to carry out a thorough assessment of periodontal health, complete the professional cleaning, remove biofilm and staining, and go through the personalised home care guidance that is essential for patients to maintain the results of the professional visit. Recall appointments of 45 or 60 minutes are scheduled according to the patient's individual periodontal risk and the interval recommended at the previous visit. All appointments include the supply of appropriate toothbrushes as part of the appointment fee.

Airflow Treatment with NSK Varios Combi Pro LED

Dentcare uses the NSK Varios Combi Pro LED for Airflow treatment, combining high-efficiency biofilm and staining removal with maximum patient comfort. The Airflow system at Dentcare delivers a controlled stream of fine powder mixed with water and air under pressure to remove the soft biofilm layer, surface pigmentation from coffee, tea, red wine, and tobacco, and deposits in areas that conventional scaling instruments cannot reach as efficiently, including interdental spaces and around restorations. The NSK Varios Combi Pro LED unit is designed specifically to combine the Airflow function with ultrasonic scaling in a single device, allowing the hygienist to move between modalities within the same appointment. The system does not damage enamel or restorative surfaces, making it appropriate for patients with veneers, crowns, bridges, and orthodontic fixed appliances as well as natural dentition.

Home whitening with custom-made trays and prescription-strength bleaching gel, priced at 6,790 CZK, allows patient-administered treatment at a comfortable pace over the recommended course period. In-office whitening, also at 6,790 CZK and allocated 80 minutes, provides a single-session in-clinic treatment. All whitening formats are conducted under professional supervision, with the appropriate whitening option discussed at the preceding hygiene appointment to ensure the patient's gum condition and sensitivity profile are compatible with whitening before treatment begins.

Children's Dental Hygiene

Children's hygiene appointments are available for patients up to the age of fifteen, using a gentle, unhurried approach that introduces professional dental cleaning gradually and positively. The appointment is designed to be comfortable and age-appropriate, establishing good oral care habits early and building the patient's familiarity with professional cleaning instruments and procedures.
