Absolutely DISGRACEFUL experience- they failed my mums case miserably and did the things she wasn’t supposed to get. When we came back to the uk, her pain worsened and her gum started to SWELL and the dentist were shocked with the procedure they did to my mum- WRONG root canal filling, wrong advice that my mum cannot have implant, shaved all of her teeth , wrong anaesthetic that didn’t numb her…

pain and all of her crowns were glued together. During one of the procedures, the Turkish dentist put so much pressure on her teeth and when we complained to the translator called Ms raihan , all she said THEY ARE DOCTORS AND THEY KNOW THEIR JOB. A lot of dentist in the UK refused to deal with my mums case as it was COMPLEX and RISKY and they were horrified with our experience. Only one dentist in the UK accepted to deal with her case and now they are CHARGING us with over £53,000 which is ridiculous amount to pay. We have sent numerous WhatsApp messages to dentbul explaining what destruction they did to my mum’s teeth and we have requested to speak with dr engin (who led her case and who doesn’t even deserved to be called a dr) and all they say is to come back and dr engin is REFUSING to speak with us over a phone call. To come back for what? to make her case worse? We will never forget the horrible experience with dentbul and WE WILL NOT LEAVE THEM LIKE THIS.
I am extremely satisfied with the services. The staff was highly professional and welcoming. I had an impacted wisdom tooth and was on a 2-year waiting list for surgery in the UK, but the expert team here completed the procedure in less than an hour! My problem is now fully resolved. They kept us waiting for an hour and a half saying the doctor was busy, then the doctor came out and they said they would arrange for someone else, making us wait another hour.
