I went home to heal and returned six months later for the next stage. During my second visit (October), everything was just as smooth—same hotel, same excellent service. Dr. Metin and his assistant made sure I was comfortable and pain-free throughout. Berat and Aldus, my main contacts, were always available to answer questions and help with translations, so nothing was ever lost in communication. Two examples of their outstanding care: Dr. Metin noticed a minor issue with the fit of my new teeth that I hadn’t seen and insisted on sending it back to the lab to make it perfect. The final result was amazing—great color, shape, and function. My mouth guard was delivered in person by Aldus after hours, always with a smile. Price-wise, the treatment was a fraction of what I would have paid in the UK, but the quality and care were exceptional. Both I and my companion were treated with respect and kindness at every step.
