In a pandemic, you can't schedule appointments every 15 minutes. It creates overcrowding inside the center and causes delays. That's where the advice they give you by email to arrive exactly at your scheduled time doesn't apply. I was waiting for my appointment when they told me I had to wait approximately 30 more minutes. We can't afford delays in the current situation. They should schedule…
