Good service, but you have to sign more papers than to open a checking account.

They canceled our appointment and rescheduled us for another day. When we tried to reschedule, the receptionist wasn't responding to messages. I called the clinic and the service was terrible; they left me on hold for more than 5 minutes. Awful.

Today I contacted this clinic about evaluations, and the person who answers messages on Instagram simply said yes without greeting me or providing any further information. I will not be using their customer service.

I understand that the quality of the professionals is good, that the technology is state-of-the-art, but the service from reception to the treatment room is terrible. They should treat patients better and understand that improving a smile is improving quality of life. Therefore, I suggest a little more empathy for those who dream of a better smile, whatever their socioeconomic level.
