Dentaris provides state of the art dental service. Dr. Ana Duran is exceptional! The facilities and the care are as good if not better than the care I have received in the USA. I’ve had cleanings, fillings and a crown so far. The crown is absolute perfection. And they provide free transportation to and from the ferry for those that live on a nearby island! Excellent!

First off Dr. Berron is a Miracle worker. I live in Florida and NY. Not happy with my options from dentists in Florida and NY I wasn't ready to go ahead with them for two reasons. Time (At least 8 months) and Money. I had a Maryland Bridge break. All dentists said The tooth that anchored the bridge had to be extracted. Even other dentists in Cancun and Costa Rica who I sent my xrays advised the same thing. The U.S. guys said, Get the extraction done immediately then wait 3 months for it to heal and then see if I needed bone grafts and then see about 2 implants or a larger Bridge which had to be determined. All lengthy time consuming options. So after much research I hit on Dentaris and Dr. Berron. I had a fair amount of anxiety not knowing what I was walking into having never been there. So I get there and meet Dr. Berron and he takes xrays. What happened next was a gift from God. Dr. Berron said come take a look at your xrays. He then told be he thought he could save my tooth with a root canal and make me a bridge and I'd be on my way in a week. WHAT? I was in shock and said you can do that? He said. YES. I felt like bowing down and kissing his ring. Not only did he save my tooth. He saved me 8 months and a bucket of money which would have been towards two implant. THIS IS NOT A FAKE REVIEW. Some sites do have bogus reviews. I am a well know Musician. I lucked out and made the right choice. I will not hesitate to return to Dr. Berron if and when I need any other real Dental work. Dr. Berron and the Dentaris staff have much higher quality service than I ever received in the USA. Everyone knows the services are more economical in Mexico. But I want to stress how much better quality care I received. Better communication on my treatment plan options, better service, and it was clear the USA wanted to do unnecessary procedures. I had great confidence in Dr. Berron after the initial consultation, which was my 2nd in Cancun. I chose Dr. Berron based on that confidence and it was the right decision.

I've been coming to Dr Berron for years. I live in Florida but whenever I have any kind of dental problem that's more than small I come here and I bring my family and friends:-) Aside from being the best dentist I've ever been to he makes everyone feel welcome as does his staff. They always remember us it's worth the trip! The office can be a little tough to find the first time. I've included some photos of the area at the building should make it easier to find. We visited Dentaris from Florida. We have an adult son with special needs who requires TLC in order to get dental work done. I broke a piece off my tooth. I was able to make an appointment via WhatsApp on the same day. The staff speak excellent English. The treatment was fantastic, and I was given the price upfront so I could decide. A document for my insurance company was sent by email within a day. I felt very comfortable as a German patient. I’m not being dramatic when I say that Dr. Berron and the entire Dentaris team changed my life—absolutely for the better! I needed some serious work done, and because of a nerve condition in my face, I needed to be sedated to have that work completed. At home in the US, I was quoted $4,000 USD to have a *single* tooth pulled under sedation—with Dentaris, it was *considerably* less than that for SIX TEETH, including the sedation! Dr. Berron even went out of his way to help me when he absolutely did not have to because he knew how badly I was struggling. Not ONCE did he (or anyone on his team) make me feel badly about the state of my teeth, something I have a lot of shame about in general (and something that’s also related to my nerve condition). He was only kind, supportive, completely professional, and 100% ready to get to work and help. It’s been about four months since my dental surgery, and I barely recognize myself. I’d been suffering for so long before those teeth came out that I’d forgotten how it felt to not wince at every single bite of food, to not hide my smile because I hated how my teeth looked and felt. I smile ALL the time now, and although I still need a lot more work done, I feel like a totally different person than I felt like before we started down this journey together. If you as the person reading these reviews are on the fence about making an appointment (or even doing a phone consultation), give Dentaris a call or reach out to them through their website. Just do it, you ABSOLUTELY will not regret it! I’m 30 and have NEVER had such a positive experience with a dentist before, and I know beyond shadow of a doubt that I’ll never trust another dentist with my teeth again. I already told Dr. Berron’s office that as SOON as I have the money, I’ll be reaching out to make another appointment. I truly cannot recommend them highly enough, and if you have ANY doubts, I’m so happy to share more details about my experience with anyone who would like to know! I am more than satisfied with the treatments, the results, the treatment of the entire staff, and the team is fabulous. Dr. Berron is truly a professional, and his assistant is wonderful.

When what is left of my natural teeth was diagnosed to be in “terminal stage,” and I was advised that the best available solution was a full mouth restoration with implants, I never doubted about getting the procedure done abroad. No need to say that the outrageous prices in my adopted country of the US weighted in that decision. I could not afford said prices, but even if I could, I would still prefer being treated in a society in which medicine is the noblest of callings and not an avarice magnet. Of all common destinations, it was clear to me that the 80-minute/ 80$ flight from my Miami of residence to my favorite vacation spot of Cancun was the most convenient option. The offer of clinics in the city is plentiful, however, and some research was required. My final selection of Dentaris was made based on several factors. First, its convenient location, not in the touristy hotel zone, but in the heart of the business area of “continental” Cancun. Second, the installations themselves, comprising the top two stories of a modern building, with great views, warm, relaxing décor, and more important, state of the art dental equipment. Within this point I can add now that the services provided by Dentaris go far beyond the normal expectations of an American patient: from the characteristic Mexican cordiality of the entire team, to Marcos giving rides to and from the clinic, and to Alejandra following up on appointments, flight connections, and even the safe return home. But of course, the most important factor in opting for Dentaris was the outstanding professional background of Dr. Berron. The publicized alleged “combined experience” offered by most of the teams of newly graduates in the hotel zone clinics pales in comparison with Dr. Berron’s international academic achievements and experience. Said background shows. Coming from someone who has been a dental patient for longer than I wish to remember, I can attest of the high level of skills demonstrated throughout the whole procedure. But talking about going beyond normal expectations, I was also pleasantly surprised to have my doctor sitting next to me while taking X-rays, his not jumping to another patient in the next room before I even closed my mouth at the end of the appointment, and more important, his taking all the time required to sit in his office and explain, discuss and answer all questions and concerns. I am only halfway done with the treatment. Looking forward to getting the upper jaw sooner than later. It will certainly be done by Dr. Berron and his team at Dentaris, Cancun. LeoL
