Impeccable service. The hygiene of the place is excellent and all the equipment is new (something rare these days). Dr. Maira did a perfect cleaning of my teeth! I highly recommend it!!!

I want to file a complaint. It's no use Dr. Letícia seeing you and giving a great sales pitch for the place, saying that it has all the specialists and that you can trust them. What they don't tell you when you sign the contract is that the dentist chosen by the clinic only works on Thursdays. e throat and runny nose and I'm trying to cancel an appointment for everyone's greater good. But I can't make it on the date they're trying to push me on. It seems like they're forcing me to go to the clinic with a runny nose and sore throat. It's no use measuring temperatures, checking oxygen saturation, and using hand sanitizer on clients, saying it's protocol, but they don't change a simple appointment when the patient says they have suspicious symptoms. They try to force me to go on dates I can't. Is there only one dentist in this place? Too much merchandising and too little effective communication.

We don't understand your complaint because we don't have a professional who only sees patients on Thursdays, except for Dr. Mohamed, but we are flexible with scheduling. middle of the night and, like everyone else, I picked up my cell phone and on my Instagram, a dental technician named Allan Quelhas appeared. I thought his work was incredible, I was truly enchanted... I contacted him through Instagram and asked for a recommendation for a clinic that could perform my treatment here in São Paulo. He told me: I'm from Santos, go to Dentari in São Vicente and look for Dr. Nader, I trust him! That was divine for me, I had no doubts, I went the following week. When I arrived at Dentari for an evaluation, I was very well received, all the girls were attentive, and the environment was welcoming. When I went to see Dr. Nader, he explained to me how the surgery would be and was so clear, answering my questions and conveying confidence. I saw that that dentist, Dr. Nader, is on God's list of doctors. You know when we ask God to send a doctor, God has a list of names and Dr. Nader is on the list.... I had the surgery, it lasted about three and a half hours, it was complex, it's been 12 days now. I was welcomed with so much love and affection by everyone at Dentari. Dr. Suzana is a joy personified, her competence is beyond words, Bruna, who is Dr. Nader's assistant, she's a fairy, Nicholas is always attentive.... You know that word empathy? It's notorious at Dentari, they embrace our souls... I just have to thank you for all the affection, for taking care of me, you brought me joy and it's important for me to talk about this because, like me, there are other people in need. Terrible, my daughter had a mold made for braces, they said it would be quick, and it's been almost 50 days and nothing. She sends messages to them, and they say they'll look into it, but nobody answers. She's very upset and wants to cancel the deal. She paid in three installments and has already paid two to the bank, and still no braces.
