I had my teeth straightened, and it was extremely good. I was told it would take about a year and a half, but it actually took about a year. Dr. Napon was very polite, and there were several interpreters, all of whom were very sincere and helpful every time. Although I caused some inconvenience by suddenly changing my appointment, they were very kind and I am very grateful.

I had a filling done with Dr. Som today, and it was great! She was very gentle, kind, and constantly asked if I felt any pain or sensitivity. She also gave excellent advice. Making an appointment was easy because the staff responded quickly, checked the time slot efficiently, and provided great service. They were all very friendly and always smiling.

my schedule does not match Dr. Piboonsri, but it is absolutely fine. The doctors communicate very well with each other and the staff are also well communicating via LINE. Upon the day of surgery, I was literally super nervous. But Dr. Apichaya’s bedside manner was a 10000/10. She was super chill, which made me calmer. She paid attention to details and was really talking me through the process and provided me with a heads up if it’ll be slightly painful or not. She kept on checking on how I was doing the entire time. I absolutely LOVE her. This whole experience has been amazing because of how she treated the session. Apart from this experience, my husband has also been going to DentalWise for almost 2 years. It’s always been smooth and amazing each visit. If you’re working in TH and have social security fund, you can use it here. Please check with the staff. If you have any inquiry, just contact the staff. They speak well english, they got translators, and most of all they communicate really well. They’re also affordable imho compared to neighboring clinics. Dentalwise is a 10/10 from me. Would recommend it for everyone.

After the doctor told me that it had been almost 2 years since the treatment, my chewing was much worse than before the treatment and the doctor claimed that the patient had to adjust. Dr. Napon, who treated me, gave me a thorough and accurate examination, and Mr. Arai and Mr. Bam interpreted for me at every appointment, so I was glad I could resolve any concerns or questions I had on the spot. The other staff and dental assistants were also very courteous. Dr. Som's skill when extracting my filled molar was impressive. I also found it very helpful that I received appointment reminders and treatment details via LINE. I regret choosing this clinic for my Invisalign treatment, and it was a terrible decision. The process was delayed multiple times. Instead of solving the problems, the doctor kept making excuses to avoid taking responsibility. In the end, my treatment was left unfinished, and I wasted both time and money. I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone.

My family of three has been receiving treatment here. We felt confident entrusting our orthodontic care to them because they are orthodontic professionals. The Japanese interpreter also communicates clearly, so I think Japanese people can also feel at ease attending this clinic. I received Invisalign treatment from Dr. Napon for about two years. In addition to the usual follow-up checks, he also addressed any concerns I had at no extra charge. The retainers required after the orthodontic treatment were more expensive than I expected, so I wish he had mentioned that during my initial consultation.

I used this dental clinic for implants. The interpreter explained things to me kindly and carefully, and the doctor was very skilled, so I didn't feel much pain after the surgery and didn't have to take the painkillers he gave me.
