I had my wisdom teeth removed here a few days ago. The staff were polite and very knowledgeable with excellent technique. A interpreter was particularly helpful, she made me calm and relaxed. I was really glad that there were no after-effects at all. Thank you very much guys!!!

I do not recommend getting teeth whitening or treatment here. This incident has shown me that this hospital doesn't handle problems if they arise. At worst, it could easily result in spinal cord damage. I asked the doctor to adjust the equipment. (Even if the same thing happens, they will try to continue the treatment, so absolutely do not stop them.) Session 2: Initially, there were no problems, but midway through, the equipment started to descend again, causing neck and jaw pain. Session 3: They slightly raised the bed I was lying on, which finally made it better, but my neck still hurt. (They should have done it in this position from the beginning.) I spoke with the hospital manager, who said, "We only touched your mouth, so your neck pain is unrelated. We'll just give you painkillers. If you don't pay the full amount, we'll call the police." Even after several days, my neck pain hasn't subsided, and to make matters worse, I developed 10 canker sores in the area where the whitening treatment was applied (my gums). It's the worst. I absolutely do not recommend whitening here. There's a possibility of problems beyond just your teeth. Please don't do it. [Addendum] I'm adding this because I've received a reply. While my teeth haven't been harmed, my neck is strained and painful. I don't understand why this is being denied. Honestly, if I hadn't mentioned my neck pain during the first treatment, I think it would have been much worse. And my gums were also damaged. I didn't realize it at the time of the treatment, but the 10 canker sores that developed later are definitely a result of the treatment. Even after a car accident, symptoms can sometimes appear the next day, right? This is undoubtedly medical malpractice. And, I did mention the review. Even a little bit of sincerity like that would lessen my disappointment with this hospital, but the lack of even that is disappointing. This is the first time in my life I've written such a long review, but I'm leaving it here because I'm truly disappointed. Incidentally, I understood that they were taking this approach because they knew it wouldn't do any good to report it to the police. That's also disappointing.

Response from the owner Edited 3 years agoWe wish everyone will read our explanation here. Dealing with a customer who toys with our reputation is painful for us as a service provider. Before making an appointment, the lady asked for discount in case of providing 5 stars review after whitening treatment, the clinic couldn’t because we don’t have the policy to do so. She comes anyway to get the treatment. However, nothing the doctor did can satisfy her except finishing the treatment with superior outcome, the very white level. The lady said she got hurt on the neck because of lying down on the dental unit chair. She started complaining since the treatment started. Doctor tried to help her with the neck pillow, adjusted the chair until she nearly sat not laid down during the treatment, and definitely, we checked the machine if it put load on the patient’s mouth, and of course, it did not. Finally, after the treatment, she said give me some discount or the clinic will get 1 star review. We still cannot provide anything because we don’t have a policy to provide discount to avoid 1 star. Doctor confirmed that the treatment was perfect, no harm, no danger to her gums and teeth. No complaints about gum problems that day, and no way that the treatment would hurt her neck for days. Therefore, after she left, we showed up with our sincerity by reporting the case to the police at the end of the day. However, we do not have such a policy, so we were unable to accept the client's suggestion. The client then returned for treatment, and the teeth showed excellent whitening results. Even though the treatment ended with her teeth looking very white, no amount of work by the doctor afterward could satisfy the client. The client said that she hurt her neck from lying down in the dental chair. As the treatment began, the patient began complaining of neck pain. The doctor supported her neck with a neck pillow and adjusted her chair so that she was almost sitting, no longer lying down, during the treatment. He also carefully checked several times to make sure the whitening machine was not putting any strain on her mouth, but it was not. After the treatment ended with her teeth whitened, the patient asked, "Please give me a discount, or I'll leave a bad review of your clinic, okay?" Our clinic does not have a policy of offering discounts to avoid bad reviews, so there was nothing we could have done for the patient that day. The doctor also confirmed that the treatment was perfect and that there was no harm or risk to the patient's gums or teeth. In fact, the patient did not complain of any particular gum problems that day, and it is unlikely that whitening treatment would cause neck pain for several days. The place is good and the staff are all very professional and polite. However, the actual goal service had very poor results (almost no results). d from the wash and use it as the "before" photo. They then go through the whitening process and then take an "after" photo that looks a bit whiter mainly due to the mouth wash being removed. They then share the before and after photos with you. I took my before photos pre-going into the clinic and after and could see no difference. Lovely clinic, just don't get the service done.

Shade Guide provided by Zoom! For your case, the color change from A2 to W3 which is 5 shades whiter. Doctor showed your the color comparison both before and after the treatment in the treatment room. The staff were attentive and professional, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. One small but important thing: they’re very responsive on LINE, which made booking and asking follow-up questions really easy. If you’re considering this clinic, I’d say it’s a good option if you want: • a no-pressure consultation • clear explanations before committing to anything • easy communication and quick responses That said, I still recommend checking a couple of clinics first, prices and approaches can vary a lot in this area. But based on my experience so far, this is one of the more honest and comfortable ones I’ve been to.
