Horrible. I'm never going back. The dentist was going to let me leave with tartar on my teeth; luckily I saw the tartar and she had to remove it. The entire appointment lasted 10 minutes. The dentist rushed through the appointment because she had scheduled two patients for the same time. I left feeling neglected. I don't recommend her to anyone. a "detailed cleaning" done privately; I understand that insurance doesn't pay well. But letting me leave with a tooth COMPLETELY covered in tartar is pure negligence. I was disappointed. I sincerely hope that insurance patients, who don't have the same understanding as me, are no longer harmed. If you think insurance isn't worthwhile, it's simply better to stop partnering with insurance companies than to do a shoddy job. They only removed the tartar because I SAID I had tartar. I left feeling wronged because that was the tartar I saw. What about the rest that I can't see? Do I have to keep telling the dentist what to do? I even had to show her a stain on my tooth that bothered me, because the dentist clearly didn't see it either, because she wanted to get the appointment over with as quickly as possible. It's absurd. Unfortunately, I'll have to schedule an appointment with another dentist because your service was unreliable!
