I am very pleased with the approach to the patient of all the staff and the expertise of Dr. H. Kralj. The procedure was completely painless and quick, and I received detailed instructions on what to do next.
A top-notch clinic, the staff is very qualified, and I would recommend it to anyone, regardless of their dental situation.
All praise for the excellent treatment and dental services I received from Dr. Hana and her team. I received care, education and recommended products for maintaining oral hygiene and gum health. I watched Dr. Hana's videos on YouTube. Thanks to Dr. Četkica, I became aware of the problem of periodontitis, which I must treat so that it does not suffer serious consequences in 10-15 years. Excellent clinic with very professional and conscientious doctors. They always give an offer before they start working.
Dr. Hana is a top expert, and also extremely approachable, cheerful and very humane. All other associates, staff, are also approachable, nice and correct. If someone has problems with bleeding gums, they will not find a better doctor than Hana because she is in charge. There is a lack of tact in their approach to the patient and they do not provide much information to the patient. For example, they put a crown on me and said that I would not need a root canal, but this was still shown on the bill. crown that has not been in for too long. They very often offer various things, probably with the aim of making more money. The friendliness seems forced, especially at the reception. I came there on a recommendation because things worked a little differently before, however, we have all stopped going to them now and have found dentists that suit us better.
Very quick appointment, Dr. Hana is excellent, the staff is friendly, in two appointments I solved the problems I've been struggling with for the last few years. I recommend it.
Expertise, i.e. knowledge and recognition of a BANAL problem, absolutely zero. I can't believe that someone even let the lady who examined me finish college.? How is that possible..? They get away with sweet kindness (not to say - insinuation). People fall for that.
Simply the best thing that ever happened to me. They saved my teeth despite advanced periodontal disease. My recommendations to anyone struggling with this problem.
Extremely kind, cooperative, you can arrange everything, pleasant atmosphere, tidy clinic and of course experts who know what they are doing and most importantly, it is clear that they love what they do. I am extremely satisfied with all the procedures they have done for me, and we have been together for half a year :)

great dental that cares about its patients, coming from someone who had long history with bad dentists. EDIT: just wanted to edit that the doctor i really liked moved to Germany and I had no experience with other doctors so I hope review still stands!
I've been to a few dental clinics. Kudos to everyone but none like Hana and Zoki. The entire team is wonderful but my Hana is... I have no words. Professional support
So incredibly nice and professional staff. They are ready to answer all the questions and they do such a great dental work. Will never go to another dentist. So happy I’ve found this clinic.
Very professional and friendly staff, they tried with all their might to save my wisdom tooth that was scheduled for extraction, after more than an hour in the chair there was really no choice.
Today 10 years later... So May 2008 i 1st time visited K2 and back than it was just a beginning of new generation with Hana and Zoran, they have performed great work for me by making all together 6 crowns for two bridges and I was told that they would last 5 years before i need to come in and do some "maintenance" on them and possibly replace them. Today 10 years later I can only say good words…

s commend to Hana and Zoran as all 6 crowns are still here and work they did is really paying off day by day. I will be coming back to Zagreb this year and i know i wont miss to visit my friends at K2 just for check up and cleaning, hopefully :) cheers
They are crazy about marketing and from what I can see it's the same here. They can't answer basic questions except with "that's how it is".
