My second scaling with Dr. Fina. I love the service here. I registered via WhatsApp, chose a time, and followed the schedule. The doctor examined me, explained my teeth's condition, and provided me with information about the procedure. Payment can be made by debit or credit card. I also need a medical certificate for claims at the office. Thank you Dr. Fina and the team.
Scaling and fluoride application were done here. The place is comfortable, and Dr. Fina is communicative and explains things in detail. I was looking for a place close to home, but I didn't regret coming here.

it's still in pain. I was shocked to hear that.. It doesn't cost much but it's unprofessional in my opinion.. I also work in a hospital always providing information to patients clearly and honestly. Why didn't the admin consult with the doctor and the answer was that it was necessary to see a Sp. BM doctor. Gosh, it's really a shame.. Imagine if it was a lay person, it would be a shame. Luckily, I understand about health.

This clinic lacks transparency regarding treatment costs. Initially, I was told the total cost would be around 800,000 Rupiah, but at the final session, I was suddenly charged almost 2,000 Rupiah just for a filling. Furthermore, the dentist pressured me to return several more times, up to two additional sessions. It felt uncomfortable because it wasn't explained clearly from the start.
