I highly recommend Dr. Anna Lara's office! She is an extremely attentive and competent professional who made me feel comfortable and safe throughout the entire appointment and treatments. Professionalism is about honoring your work, embracing not only the successes but also the mistakes. Dentalli Clinic's actual rating on Google is much lower, but they deleted the old profile and made a new one. They applied Botox to me incorrectly. need to do it, you're so young." The thing is, I had been getting Botox for years (in another city) with impeccable results that no one noticed! Basically, the Dentalli professional made a mistake in the application, but wouldn't admit it, telling me, "It's a shame you didn't like it, I applied it the way you asked." She even seemed willing to talk, but she would text/call me the next day and then disappear, but I didn't give up, I wanted justice! Ultimately, she suggested reversing the Botox using enzymes, but even then she wouldn't admit that the Botox was done incorrectly (and I consulted with two other professionals who confirmed that there was indeed an error! That the application was either excessive or in the wrong place, causing "ptosis"). I decided not to do the enzyme treatment because I was honestly afraid of going through legal trouble with someone who makes such terrible mistakes with Botox and can't see the error that even laypeople (myself, boyfriend, friends, family, and even coworkers) can clearly see. I tried to post the photos here, but unfortunately Google didn't publish them.

Regarding your case, your entire account does not correspond to what actually happened, and we could detail everything here, with medical records, photos, accounts from professionals in the field, academic articles, and people who were present. Wonderful service! A competent, studious professional, confident in what she does. She always tells the truth and gives options for what really needs to be done. She doesn't push for unnecessary services like in many clinics. I wouldn't give up Dr. Anna Lara for anything.
