I think Google should have a black list for companies like this. The lowest level of “professionalism” I have ever encountered in a dental clinic. I came with the request to align my frontal teeth and to restore my back teeth. They recommended to put temporary crowns on all 16 teeth, both upper and lower ones, and then align the frontal ones with Invisalign. The crowns were falling off constantly. I had to come back to the clinic every week to put them back. They made three rounds of crowns. None of them aligned properly on top of each other. The crowns in first round were so big, they cut them in an anatomically wrong shape and made me wear them for a month. I went through three or four unneeded painful procedures in which they scanned what was left of my teeth and their crowns, unable to provide a shape and size that would come close to a normal occlusion. They took three or four teeth imprints and still were not able to come up with a more or less functional occlusion. I spent two months recovering from one inflammation to another, could not properly eat, and the quality of my life was seriously affected. In the end, I was suggested to proceed to alignment, without having a proper bite. I still can’t chew on my left side. My teeth don’t even touch there. And on the right side my teeth only touch if my lower jaw moves unnaturally and unsymmetrically to the right. After I complained multiple times about the discomfort and the failure of their work, dr Anna Hristova recommended that I wear the crowns a bit to get used to them. She was trying to convince me that what I have in my mouth is ok. “Better than your old teeth”, she said. I consulted other three doctors who told me that the alignment should have been done before the crowns, that wearing temporary crowns for more than three months can further damage my teeth. That the “work” that has been done inside my mouth is of lowest quality and totally unprofessional. I requested a 50% reimbursement from the cost of the crowns form the clinic, since I have to go through the same process again. And pay again from zero. They said no. I requested only 960 leva. They didn’t even apologize for the great discomfort and pain they have caused. Above everything else, Dr Anna turned out to be morally and professionally unable to take responsibility of the results of her “work” and of how I was treated in general. I spent 2000 euros at this clinic and they sent me home a cripple. Now I have 16 damaged teeth and no occlusion at all. After completing their version of temporaries for my back teeth, which are too wide to have any space left for alignment, Anna Hristova said that they would peel off my frontal teeth to create space. It took me more than one month to recover emotionally after the intervention. Now I am looking for somebody to fix these mistakes. If you care about your health, find another doctor. Anna Hristova is a dentist and person of the lowest quality.
