I had the best experience with this place! The front desk receptionist speaks English and she’s very knowledgeable and kind. The dentist doctor was really professional, not pushy and was honest. Very happy with the visit and will be coming back for whitening. By the way, they took me in the day of and I called right when they opened to make the appointment. 10/10 highly recommend!

Very professional in their work, the attention and quality are the best. The treatment from Dr. Meli and her assistant Itzel is excellent from the moment you arrive, they treat you well and make you feel confident. I didn't feel any pain, highly recommended.

My wife and I both visited from California in January 2020 for cleaning and assessment of known problems. We were sufficiently impressed to return in March for my 7 veneer replacement and crown plus my wife's 4 tooth bridge replacement. hesitation in recommending this dentist to anyone who wants cosmetic or more serious dental work. Update: October 2024 - still visiting Dr. Meneses. This time was for two extractions, a root canal, 4 crown replacements and two 4 tooth bridges. All completed in a week. Back again next March.

everything being fresh and clean and sterile and yes they have great a/c. Upon meeting the dentist I was aware of all of the state of the art up to date equipment. After my consultation I was informed that I had to have 4 extractions which I had been made aware of in the U.S. To my surprise I was also told that an immediate partial would be made so I would not have any missing teeth I booked an appt for the extractions and went the other day I could not be happier I had no pain after the extractions and a temporary partial will receive my permanent one in 5 days. I also requested a new upper denture which will be ready at the same time. Also while I was sitting awaiting for my appointment I noticed how the whole staff which were all female (Fabulous) were all smartly dressed in a crisp uniform. I will give an update upon completion of my dental services but as of now I give 5 stars and a thank-you to all the staff for the awesome customer service.
Amazing service, extremely helpful and I was able to make an appointment quickly. I don’t speak Spanish yet I was able to communicate with everyone perfectly. Highly recommend!

he United States and have been to dentist in the U.S. that have not compared to the kind of service Dentalestetic is providing. My husband needs a fair amount of work done and we will be flying out there to Dr. Meneses and her staff for the best care.

In Puerto Penasco and wanted to fix a couple of issues with my teeth. I heard that Dr. Colorado did good work. issues with the work. We set an appointment to have it fixed, the work started on time and was on the budget. This was done with in the week. The next steps were reviewed, budgetted and I booked the work. Work was done, very professional, amazed that the needles were not even noticed when administered. Constant chat to let me know what was happening. Poalo the office manager followed up to ensure all was well. When I mentioned that I felt I needed to have the caps checked, 2 1/2 hous later I was back in the chair and the other partnere dentist fixed the minor issue. Amazing!! Back home, this would have been at least a couple of weeks, just for the follow up! This team are amazing!!
Great, fast service. I smashed 3 of my front teeth at the swim up bar and I was able to walk in for a consult and have the work done all within an hour! Incredible work
